Apartment needed some attention to some issues. Wi Fi wouldn't work and ceiling fan in living room could not be turned off. Otherwise it was a nice apartment.

Air con was isolated and not able to be turned on, the dishwasher also was isolated at the water so did not go for a day, until wired out,the wifi Did have any network ( so router able to be used but no connection to internet ) rung in and asked for assistance told unable to assist as long weekend , very disappointed with this . As everything else was fine, but not being able to sleep due to the heat and lack of aircon ruined it

Location is lovely and quiet, short walk to the beach, apartment was large, relatively clean, beds were comfy, lovely balcony and rooftop deck, pools are fantastic and huge, underground car parking provided (2 spaces)

We found it difficult to know exactly which building/parking we were located in when we first arrived. We couldn’t get the air conditioning, wifi or dishwasher to work at all and the fans were rather slow even on top speed. We saw a couple of bugs and cockroaches in the rooms but these may have come in when the doors were left open (not a huge concern).

the location of the property is close to perfect, the shared facilities are well maintained and beautiful. it’s a very large unit with plenty of space, furniture and equipment

unit is a bit tired, broken door handles, cupboards etc. internet wasn’t working, and cleaning could have been better

close to beach, pool area was great with a few different pools and pool temperatures, bed was comfy, very short walk to a beautiful beach, beautiful views from both balconies. short drive to Coles, room was nicely decorated.

no air conditioning, rooms have ceiling fans I think it would be very hot in the middle of summer , couldn’t get wifi to work.

Some funky electricals going on with ceiling fans and we couldn't get the AC to work. But loved the place even if it was a little warm at night.

To travel into Kingscliff to pick up the keys is not a good arrangement , it is only a short drive 5-10 min however over the weekend you add another 20min looking for somewhere to park. Then you have to go through the same process when you return the key. One key available for a 3 bed apartment ia not acceptable. The third bedroom had no blind and the celling fan did not work properly.I attempted to call management to have it noted that it was missing also in the hope that it would be sorted out or repaired. I call went through to a recorded message. When you pay for a luxury apartment you would expect all the rooms to have blinds.

Not given any information or a full set of keys to access the property, even when I asked for more info. Had to wait all most another hour before the problem was fixed & we could access the property.

Wonderful big apartment with plenty of room for everyone. Great big balcony overlooking the pool complete with outdoor dining and bbq. Fully equipped kitchen- only strange bit was dinner plates were too big for the dishwasher. One minute walk to a non-patrolled beach. Pool was beautiful and warm.

Minor comment- toilet seat in shared bathroom needs replacing. Would be preferred if the communal lights in the stairways were on an automatic timer as they stayed on all night. This affected the bedroom I slept in, despite having block-out curtains and blinds. It didn't effect the other bedrooms and they were nice and dark. I am talking about the bedroom closest to the front door. Ping Pong Table needs a net and new bats and balls and the complex could do with a high pressure hose off for the stairwells but do appreciate that it was xmas.

Great for families with young kids. Ground floor apartments have direct access to the pool via personal pool gate on the deck. SO much better than having to cart all your stuff to the pool. Small complex so feels safe and a more relaxed vibe.

Having to collect the keys from a different location was a bit inconvenient. I think it’s new management so still a few teething issues with that (I’m sure it will get worked out soon). Instructions on how to get to your designated car park and unit would be good (there are several entrances and lifts). There are permanent residents there so you have to be more mindful of noise from the kids.

A well appointed apartment with plenty of space and an awesome pool.

The room was big and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Shops nice and close by and an easy drive to Coolangatta. Will definitely stay here again!

The access to the pool for the units not on the bottom floor is a bit of a maze.

Great position, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Presented as per pictures.

Disappointed with check in time of 15:30.

It was hard to find the elevator which we needed to use.
