We stayed at the hotel only 1 night waiting for a connecting flight and we couldn't expect anything better. The hotel is situated directly opposite the airport within 5 minutes walk, so you don't need a taxi, a bus or a shuttle. The reception works 24 hours and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was clean, included large bed and all facilities and was excellent for sleeping. We didn't hear any noise from planes. In the morning we had a very early flight, but we were able to wake up at 1.5 hours before departure and had enough time to have some coffee and go to the gate.

The room was wonderful. Clean? Spotless. Everything in the room was perfect, and well designed. I wanted for nothing.

I arrived by Swiss Air at the airport about 10:30 at night, after a long flight. The airport was very quiet, and there was no one to ask where the hotel was, or how to get to it. I had to collect my big suitcase and drag it and other bags everywhere. It took an hour to claim my bags and find the hotel. The signs to the hotel were very small, and there were stairs and escalators and elevators everywhere. Which one to use? I had to ask a man to haul my suitcase up a very long and steep escalator. I was afraid I would fall. This is in The circles. I was not able to locate the elevator for this one. Not your fault, but that is one complicated in design airport. Though beautiful, which I could not appreciate looking for the hotel at almost midnight after a long flight. I would have appreciate a hotel employee meeting me at baggage claim to escort me to the hotel. I would have gladly paid for this service.

Location upon arrival from airport was excellent- walking distance. And with the train station at the airport . It was so convenient to move around to city centre & other towns in Switzerland too .

La pré-réservation en ligne de la chambre coûtait environ CHF 172.- Au desk, à mon arrivée, ma carte de crédit a été chargée de CHF 50.- supplémentaires à titre de "réserve pour des consommations"; montant qui est remboursé (ou adapté) au départ. Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié cette manœuvre commerciale. L'hôtel très proche de l'aéroport est très bien insonorisé, mais cela implique de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir de fenêtre, et vivre dans le bruit de fond de la climatisation.

Ich war beim Empfang schockiert.. Mein gebuchtes Zimmer war bereits bezahlt: für 1 Nacht habe ich mehr als 220 Euro bezahlt. Beim Einchecken wurde meine Kreditkarte aber zusätzlich mit 53.50 Euro belastet. Es hies „als Sicherung für das Hotel für den Fall falls ich noch was konsumieren würde“. Hallo? Als Sicherung? Werden die Hotelgäste a priory als nichtzahlende Diebe gesehen? Das habe ich noch nie erlebt.. Ich hatte nicht vor etwas zu konsumieren und ich bezahle meine Rechnungen selbstverständlich immer. Was soll diese „Sicherung“?? Beim Auschecken wurde die Belastung von diesen 50 Euro zwar automatisch storniert aber diese „Absicherung des Hotels“ war extrem unangenehm. Ausserdem gab es nicht mal Hausschuhe im Hotelzimmer bei dem hohen Übernachtungspreis, keinen Bademantel. Und sogar keine einzige Flasche Wasser. Man solle die Leitungswasser trinken, dieses schmeckte aber schlecht. Dazu gab es noch einen spritzenden Wasserhahn im Badezimmer. Also war meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel schlecht.
