Location is very good. Hotel having free coffee machine can have drink 24 hours. Room are spacious, walking distance to the main yokohama station. Price is reasonable and will stay here again next trip
Wifi connection is free, however, it not really able to surf smoothly. Suggest to have better wifi facilities.

Everything seems old, not enough maintenance, only 1 AC oulet for all the room.

Close from the station. Staff was nice. Room was clean.
It would have been much better if they had harder (or more stuffed) pillows that could keep my head up a little more.

Nearly direct connection to the corridor to the Yokohama station and quiet location even though its low price.
Amenities and toiletries are fair enough.
Non smoking rooms also have smell of cigarettes and the facilities are old.
Pillow is too small for me.

The toilet, bath, and the sofa sheets were not very much clean as if they didnt change or wash the sofa sheet it was really gross.
As a hotelier staff i could notice even a small dirt.
There's no free water in the room. They only have one outlet in the room so you should wait for the next one. I hope you could take this in serious. Especially covid is spreading.
