The main level was great

Space heaters in the lower 2 rooms. I would think that doesn't meet code and presents a fire hazard. It also is difficult to regulate the heat.

El salón y la cocina, con sus techos altos inclinados, la luminosidad con sus grandes ventanales. La disponibilidad de suministros (sábanas y toallas, jabones y champués, productos de limpieza, papel higiénico, bolsas de basura) ¡y las camas hechas al llegar!

Claramente la litera de la habitación de abajo es incómoda. Y sobre todo lo peor es que el somier del sofá cama de la habitación de la planta intermedia estaba roto. Avisamos nada más llegar y mandamos foto. Nos dijeron que iría alguien a arreglarlo y nunca vino nadie (ni nunca volvieron a decir nadad). La persona que dormía ahí ha tenido que dormir con el colchón (que también estaba viejo) en el suelo.

nice place, but nothing all that special, the disappointing (detailed later) things overshadowed the good aspects of the property. The overall comfort of the house was disappointing due to different heat zones. The wood floors were clean, we kept it clean as well, the kitchen overall was clean, and so were the bathrooms.

Booking.com customer service was not up to par, entrance code not working, on hold for 30min. This is Vail during winter, lots of snow, no shoveled driveway or entrance (mother fell on driveway), and no shovel supplied to do ourselves. Snow drift on back porch prevented us from enjoying the BBQ grill (brought goodies to grill) but was unable to use. Horrible old kitchen cabinets falling apart, and bathroom tile coming apart as well. Different heat zones throughout different levels of house made it not comfortable to live in. The main floor couches are very old, stains, and filthy dirty, was very uncomfortable sitting on them thinking all the years of abuse and not being cleaned. Ever? Gross! The main floor rug was even worse. Huge wall of music CD's, but no player to enjoy them, no one carries a CD player with them anymore. Internet spotty at best, TV kept buffering or program would lose connection and have to resume later.
