All good. Convenient to go to many excellent places in and around Bendigo. Friendly. helpful, informative hosts.

Minor issue - bathroom taps needed turning off hard to stop drip.

Poor heating system. Not good enough on a cold Bendigo night. Spoke to owner to request another room, nothing available. Requested discount on room and none provided. Never recommend.

We were delighted with our stay. Jennifer was very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were clean, spacious and well set up with fridge, microwave, toaster etc all available if you wanted to self-cater. The breakfast, although simple, was a great bargain for the price. Jennifer had arranged for adjacent rooms for my elderly companion and me, and went to the trouble of ringing me prior to our arrival to check whether my friend needed a shower chair and so on. Room was amazingly quiet.

The only aspect that needs updating in Room 11 would be new carpet.

Room very comfortable and clean. Receptionist on check in was very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful in showing where we could find a good restaurant on a map. Would stay here again.
