It is good to stay if u want to stay under less budget
The shower was not working properly, the bedsheet and towels were not that clean. An extra mattress was given but the bedsheet and the pillow cover were tired.

Location is not near to the beach , It is in lawsons bay colony. A little classy area , No noises after 10 pm. The hotel is new for now , so clean.
The window of the bed room is right at the bed , if you open the window for ventilation , people from the other building could see through everything in the room. It is the same with the ventilation of the bathroom , people could see you taking shower.

Door lock was not proper

Beds were not cleaned and TV and geyser not working. There is no response from staff even if we asked. The answer is it isnlike that only. I called owner of hotel for refund and he said talk to Booking.com and h is denied to reduce amount. I booked 2 rooms it is waste of money.

location is fairly reasonable... and it was a comfortable stay
the lift was not working and we had to take stairs till 4th floor
