Noisy hallways. Black out curtains with huge gaps. Noisy shower dripping drain. Unbelieveably bright flashing smoke detector directly over the bed. Called front desk to complain about repetitively barking dog, they asked me to go into the hallway to determine which room it was coming from - I was already in bed - it was just not a good response to the issue. It did resolve though.

From the moment you walk in - the grounds, the decor, the staff -- everything look good, smelled clean and welcoming. Loved the rooftop bar.
The only request is if the rooftop bar was open on Sunday. OR if the open area were accessible to guests when the bar is closed.

The hotel itself was nice and clean. The staff was helpful
The housekeeper kept explaining to me why the sheets looked like they did when she had already explained once. Also, the beds sucked. Like we all woke up in pain the next morning. Also we had to keep killing spiders and other bugs.

I liked being welcomed by the TV when we got into the room. That was a nice personal touch. The beds were very comfy and the room was very quiet. We were on the end by the stairs and could not hear anyone outside. The kids loved the waffles. The shower was a great water pressure and they have the shampoo/conditioner and body wash pumps mounted on the wall.
The only thing about the breakfast was that the sandwiches were mediocre at best and spongy.
