Majiteľ apartmánu bol veľmi nápomocný a ochotný. Poloha apartmánu je výborná. Určite sa ešte vrátime.

Prichádzali sme neskoro v noci a asi preto sme mali problém nájsť parkovacie miesto.

The apartment is very well and thoughtfully equipped, many kitchen appliances, including dishwasher. Large refrigerator. Very convenient for a family. Air-conditioning in the living room and one bedroom, fan in another.

There are no windows. The entry door is glass, semi-transparent, which is a bit weird in our opinion and not appropriate.

Everything you need, appartmant is fully equipped. Everything is new and really nice.

NO WINDOWS - I have claustrophobia (not strong but I can feel discomfort in closed areas) - that was a problem to me. AC smells - we have disabled is after few minutes. I would say that it is premium basement. For me - I can spend there one night, no more.

Simple yet complete.

Specious appartment with all ammenities needed for the stay. Parking was easy infront of building. Great and easy communication with the host.

Everything was fine.

The "flat" was equiped very well. All the devices: microvawe, washinpg machine, dishwasher, dryer - whatever you need it was there.

Lack of windows in the flat (just via doors) - no sun in the flat, poor air conditioning. No place to park in the evening (impossible!), parking only for residents, no way to buy parking, got 2 tickets for parking... but had no choice... or go walk 15 minutes or so..., as the shared places around (20-30) were all occupied. I do not go by car to use Bolt ;) Not recommended for travellers by car. Flat is poorly refreshed (messily repainted) and pictures are not up to date (walls are dirty, stains on the walls), the same for furniture - not the same as in pictures.

If you arrive at the accommodation in the evening, you won't find a parking space. Most of the parking lots are residential and there are very few for visitors. The apartment is heated with electric radiators and if you are traveling with children, it is desirable to have the apartment heated. When we arrived, I think it was 18-19 degrees

Spacious, easy to find and check in, responsive host, 10-15 minutes to the city center.

This apartment is suitable maximum to sleep one night, as it has a lot of issues: - It has no windows at all. Also, there was not enough lighting, nothing similar to what you at photos. You feel like you live in a bunker. - You can feel wetness smell in the rooms (high humidity). Different temperature in different rooms. - Beds were not comfortable, sofa and double bed should be replaced. - Not enough hot water for more than 3 people. - We were not sure, if bed linen was clean, as baby bed linen was not clean for sure (we asked to changed it). - Towels were very small, enough to clean only your hands. - Difficult to park, almost no free parking places. - No curtains in the bathroom. - Noisy, you could hear all neighbors. - Sofa and carpets need chemical cleaning. We would never come back again to this apartment.
