Está bien ubicado y es espacioso, ideal para dos personas.

Habia olor a tabaco por todo el apartamento, es decir, partículas tóxicas y cancerigenas que estuvimos respirando toda la noche. De eso, son responsables las personas que estuvieron anteriormente, pero sí que debería haberse comunicado por parte de los propietarios.

Que hubiera ascensor (4ª planta) y lo espacioso del apartamento.

Podría haber estado mejor el colchón de la cama: los muelles se notaban en la espalda. Y algo más de menaje para el horno, que es donde se suele cocinar en estas cortas estancias (cena rápida: pizza...)

Cocinas sin apenas utensilios, sucia y vitro rota. Cama hiper incómoda. Me ha causado lesión de espalda. Sin wifi.

Nos entregaron el apartamento 1HORA más tarde del check in, además estaba lleno de moscas y las sabanas se habían colocado húmedas sobre la cama. Además en la hora que estuvimos esperando todos los teléfonos de contacto estaban apagados

The place is situated just a walking distance from the old town, around 15 minutes from the yacht port. You can book a parking place (cost extra but it’s really worth it, just 5 minutes away from the apartment and definitely cheaper as the city parking lot, which can be quite difficult to find). I really appreciate the contact with the owners! Very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is fully equipped and spacious. It’s not very modern and new but clean and really comfortable. There is also a small balcony.

The only thing, which has nothing to do with the owners or apartment itself was, that as I came there during the weekend it was a bit noisy from the street with restaurants- which is actually quite nice, because there are lots of really and bars around.

We really like the apartment. It was clean,very central(we can see the pedestrian street from the window).They have private parking spaces in an undergound spot with 10 euros/day.

Regarding the apartment,they should provide a coffee maker,they don't even have a coffee filter. Regarding the entrance to the apartment, this is done on the basis of a code. The day before, someone from the accommodation wrote to ask us what time we would arrive and if we wanted to reserve parking. I answered the message and then the next day I couldn't get in touch with them, neither on WhatsApp, nor through the booking chat, nor on the phone. Check-in time was at 3 pm and only at 4:15 someone from the accommodation called us to apologize for not being able to answer, because they had to accommodate someone else.In the end we receive the access code from the apartment, being in front of the location, trying to find a new accommodation, since we didn't know if they would answer the phone. at the same time they ask us if we want parking and that we can take it to the location with which they have the arrangement. We asked him what the procedure was, but again no one answered us... we put the car in the parking lot where we found a free space and left, hoping that we would solve it somehow... after 5 minutes, someone else called us (by the way, I talked to about 3- 4 people during the accommodation procedure) and tells us that it's not good where we parked and that we should take the car to -4 where they reserved, as if we should know these things in advance...or how ?I moved the car and we finally arrive at the apartment. So we lost another 1 hour, at 5:30 pm we barely managed to check in. In the apartment we discover that we don't have bed linen and a pillow for the child, the eternal story of this kind of accommodation in apartments with an extendable sofa. Again we contacted the people from the accommodation, again we waited for them to come and bring them.Well, what I want to explain is that the whole accommodation procedure is terrible, they are not organized at all and they made us to waste a few good hours with all this!!!
