Being stuck in the Elevator for 30 minutes

Accomodations provide all needs once checked in
the room was not ready initially. when asked to return the room had to be changed because the initial room given was not cleaned. No-one answered the phone when calling the front desk for assistance. Received no housekeeping services.

The hospitality!!! I could give this hotel a 20 stars if I could.. I book here for my daughters wedding and we had bridesmaid coming and going , they were super cool about it.Never gave us a hard time. Greeted us with a smile and respect at all time. The kitchen staff was also very polite and friendly. Good breakfast every day!!!, I can write a book about how I love my 4 days stay here if I could …lol.
I will DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to anyone . I will definitely be back to stay here again.
The place was located on a great pot away from traffic. Lot of parking.

It was very clean
The staff was not knowledgeable about checkin processes. Our room was canceled but then they charged us a fee. We extended our stay then a gentleman came banging on the door saying the room was supposed to be empty.

All of the front desk staff were awesome and helpful. Lobby and outside of the hotel were clean.
The room: There was a large piece of old food left under the sofa bed, stains on the wall, and the tub faucet was separated from the wall. The toilet was running throughout the day and night.
The lobby bathroom for men did not have paper towels
The lobby bathroom for women did not have soap and one stall out of order my entire stay

A staff member making us wait, because she wanted to make two waffles for herself was a little strange and unprofessional. But other than that wonderful place to stay. I would come again if in the area.

It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable!
The only issue we had is the guests in the room above us sounded like they were river dancing and jumping up and down on the floor and it was very annoying. I'm sure it was children (which I totally understand, but the parents should have stopped it in a hotel) I reported it to the front desk and it eventually stopped, but I could tell the hotel employee was aggravated that I called. (it wasn't 7 or 8 o'clock, but more like 10 and it was keeping my children from being able to sleep)

they were out of shampoo and all the amenities and the beds were not that comfortable. It was hard to get any towels and shampoo for the room.

Location and property was great.
The first room we were assigned to, was clearly not cleaned. We walked in and was hit In The face with an awful urine smell. One bed was not made and there was garbage in the kitchen garbage can. After more investigating, there was dried poop behind the bathroom door. Yes, we got another room. The new room was off to a good start when we initially opened the door but the floor was very sticky. Clearly not cleaned. Two bowls were put away that were dirty. After a long drive, we stopped at this location with a reservation and wanted a hot shower which we got. But whilst in there, there was ZERO shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the fixtures in the shower wall. There was none given in the sink area either. When we asked for shampoo/ conditioner, we were told "there isn't any" and that was that. I was in the shower waiting for my husband to bring me something and came in empty handed. So now I had wet, dirty hair. The room was very spacious and we were exhausted so slept well in the beds. Attention to detail and the obvious we're missing here.

The rooms were really nice. The location was great. The breakfast was really good. That staff were very professional and helpful.
My rooms weren’t ready when I arrived so I had to wait for them to get them ready. One of my rooms had to be changed. The room they placed me in smelled like garlic my whole stay so I had to spray with odor ban and there were stains on the carpet.

The refrigerator got loud at times. And they didn't clean the room or provide new towels when requested.
