Convenient location near the airport Handy shuttle service in the morning

Shuttle didnt run in the evening for my late arrival even though it was written in the booking. I was not told they didnt run the shuttle at that time.

Bathroom

The fridge in the cupboard is not good and the aircon is not the right to the middle of the room.

Simple but very clean & comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Close to airport but not noisy at night. Washer & Dryer avail for &5/load. Shuttle service to airport avail.

We found the rooms a little stuffy.

Tolles Hotel in Flugplatznähe. Optimal für eine Nacht bei frühem Flug. Shuttlebus vorhanden. Ausstattung gut. Bequeme Betten.

Close to airport which is what we prefer. Room is clean.

W stayed 2 nights, no room cleaning on day 2. Only 1 tea bag provided for 2 people stay for 2 nights! No bath gel, only soap. No whole mirror. The bathroom door was squeaky, but was fixed after reporting to manager.

Location Was able to get access to room at 10am

Booked because it had restaurant and airport transfers but after booking told these were not available. Arrived at reception early at about 10 am - wanting to store bags to check in.. no one at reception.. called number ... Told to find cleaner who could check bag in .. but room was ready so could get early access. Shower required plumber as it did not drain and flooded bathroom.. on report owner was exceptionally thankful and told they would call plumber tomorrow.. that meant I stayed in a room for a second night and flooded the bathroom .. again .. what was the cleaner communicating to owner when the floor is flooded and towels are on floor to try and soak up water? When I asked to store luggage on the day I left for a couple of hours it was stored in cleaners shed which had no security .. when I returned.. I just walked into shed .. and walked out with my suitcase.. not one person in site to challenge me. Really poor customer service.

Close to the Adelaide Airport for our early morning flight. The room was modern and extremely clean. The gardens were well maintained and flowers where a nice touch.

The room was newly refurbished and clean with good amenities.

Only after arriving was I told both the restaurant and shuttle service don’t operate from June to August so I was left waiting in the rain for a food delivery and the same the following morning for a taxi which took ages to book, probably because it was raining and the ride to the airport is a short, cheap, unattractive one.

Close to the airport. Comfortable bed, good size bathroom and shower. Air-conditioning was temperature limited to 20, so the room took a fair while to warm up but did eventually .

Sadly the restaurant is closed for a few months due to the 'low season'. One of the reasons we booked it was the restaurant, lucky we had our car. Cost was very expensive.
