I stayed again in January. This time, everything in the room assigned to me worked. There's a swimming pool but it didn't look clean so I didn't try.
I stayed at this hotel in Dec, and the sink in the toilet leaked. Since I was in late and will be checking out early, I didn't bother to inform the Reception. Also, all eateries were closed but I ordered Grab food. No issue. The restaurant wasn't in operation yet. Anyway, when it was open in January, breakfast wasn't included in the room rate and it was a pricey additional cost of RM70/person!
It's far from everywhere. Public transport is not available. Only Grab.

Validation of the parking tickets. Normally, at the other hotels, we only need to get signatures from the receptionist, but at this hotel, we have to go out of the hotel after the receptionist signatures to the parking booth to get validated, then go back to the parking lot. Wasting time and really not comfortable with the policy. Restaurants also close as early as 3 p.m.

Nothing that I like about this hotel except for attentive staff.
Stayed for 7 days but seriously I didn't enjoy it at all.
Hope that the management can look into improving the hotel and keep up with the competitiveness.
1. Carpets are very dirty and like never been washed for years
2. Lifts sometimes not working
3. No WiFi in the room
4. Sauna is not working
5. Gym room will let you use upon request

accidentally booked for 2 nights when i was supposed to stay only for 1 night. the staff and booking.com customer service were very helpful to let me get my full refund on the second night.

The pool is great, not very crowded. Lot of parking space and its free. Can park your car at basement and straight take lift to room.
The location is not at city centre. But quiet and peacefull.
