Great views from the balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon drink!

This property was decorated beautifully, we found it to be a very comfortable property for our trip to see relatives. The stairs leading to the property could be a challenge to someone who has mobility issues. There is a wonderful view of the sea at Caves Beech. Local supermarkets are nearby, personally,I do think you need a car which I imagine most visitors would have. I would highly recommend this property, and would definitely look at booking here again should we return to Australia and need accommodation within this area.

The house sits elevated on the hill with spectacular views across town, the lake and the ocean (which was handy for my partner who likes to look out for incoming swells). Our hosts were very gracious and friendly and we appreciated the personal touches left for our stay. The house was spotless - cleaner than most hotels I’ve stayed in and there was an impressive range of kitchen appliances and a large Smart TV to watch from the comfy couch. The king bed was very cosy and I loved the plush carpet in there. It felt like staying in a suite at a boutique hotel, except we got the added pleasure of local wildlife on our doorstep (including evening visits from resident wallaby ‘Sweet Girl’). The house stayed cool throughout the hot weekend and it was an all-round relaxing pad to come home to after long days out. 10/10 would recommend and I plan to be back!

Everything was so comfortable - the bed, lounge, chairs, pillows etc.
The view was unmatched, that alone sold us on the property
The shower pressure wasn’t great and there were a lot of stairs, but neither detracted from our stay

Just beautiful from the view to the amazing artwork and the decor 😍 so much thought and heart has been put into making this place a sheer pleasure 🙏
Everything was great maybe the stairs were a bit of a cardio workout but who doesn't need that in they're holiday 😘

Everything was perfect. Not a fault to mention. Very tasteful and of high quality throughout. Susan and Lesa offer an exceptional, beautiful place to stay. We would highly recommend this place for couples & yes, we would love to return.

Great location with a phenomenal view. Very very clean with luxury linen. Very well organised apartment. Had a visit from the resident wallaby and good for bird spotting
Tricky parking in the driveway as its steep, but plenty of parking on the road, which was quiet at the end of a no through road. There's several steps on the path to the door which may not suit everyone

The location was wonderful, with views of the ocean & beautifully maintained gardens, Close to the beach and places to eat.
The shower pressure in the bathroom was very poor.

lovely panoramic view, designer style. Bed
, couch super comfortable. felt homely. nice little touches with welcome sign and treats. kitchen basics and coffee provided and even an air fryer ! and also a Weber bbq for cooking. nice outdoor chair. perfect for a couple. only a few minutes drive to beach and shops and caves pub. felt private.
access only via stairs. so not suitable if have accessibility issues. no washing machine, only stayed a few days so could hand wash. water pressure low in shower and takes a few minutes for hot water to heat up. minor all up, as the place is a nicely setup. a little expensive however. maybe it’s the time of year.

Situated in a perfect location within easy walking distance to Caves Beach, Panoramata at Caves Beach is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. It has all the amenities required for a short break away. Nice little touches from Leesa and Susan made us feel very much at home
