Very open and very nice

Floor was a little dirty but nothing bad

Keep away from renting through Vacasa, nothing but trouble. House itself is fine. Locked out of property for 2 hours on arrival. Agent on their 24/7 support number hung up and disconnected the line for any future calls. Asked for a manager call back 6 times and 5 weeks waiting. AC broke. That's okay everything breaks but Vacasa tried to say it would take 2 days before anyone would come out after telling them I've 2 young kids not used to heat and the temperature is 84f in the house. It took a fight to get them to send someone later that day.

Was convenient to sister's home

We were ignored for 4 days when heat didn't work. Told working on it. Yet after holidays, they finally sent a request for work. Yet they knew that the google thermostat they had installed was offline. Also no power to it. We had a 7 month old and a 6 year old in the home. No heat and the inside temp was as low as 50*.

1.5 days we had gnats in the screen area and in the pool. We could not go out there they were so bad. Made several calls because we couldn’t use the pool which was the main reason we booked the house. Were told someone would come out same day then next day and no one showed up at all. No credit, no discount. nothing. We cleaned them from the pool so our kids could swim then had the ridiculous cleaning fee to pay. Otherwise loved the house.
