it was clean very open it had a great view and everything we needed.
the toilet seats are broken and move
and the room with the Double bed could use a extra industrial desk fan for more comfort as the windows can’t be open any wider, Also we noticed there’s no gauze on the bathroom upstairs window not sure If there has been in the past or not.
overall our stay was a 10/10 🙂❤️

The frypans need replacing. The ceiling fan in the family room was not working. I could not locate the overhead light or fan to the rangehood. It should be mentioned that the stairs to the living room are larger than normal and for the elderly it was difficult to .

Great location, close to the beach, you will need a car for getting around as the hills in Nambucca Heads are crazy. The house is very comfortable and everything we needed was there, it was extremely clean and beautifully presented. A lovely welcome hamper was included which was a nice touch. The food options in Nambucca Heads were very good - shout out to Matilda's - and the beaches were fabulous. We enjoyed our holiday!

Very well-appointed unit in a 5 unit complex, just a short walk from the beach. I loved all the thoughtful additions and decorations around the unit, and the welcome package was a really nice touch.
There is nothing to dislike.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Davey and the beautiful welcome hamper was so thoughtful and made us feel settled as soon as we arrived. Beautiful view from the balcony and kitchen window. All the amenities The Davey offers really makes it feel like a home away from home.
The signage on the apartment was confusing as it had a different name on the door and the apartment number was not clearly visible.

that they were extremely covid conscious with lots of sanitizer, but we had packed our own so we didn’t have to use theirs and was also a lovely clean fresh smell as you walked in the door. Also very close to beach.
probably the distance from shops etc but if it had been better weather we probably wouldn’t have noticed that as we would have been at the beach a lot more.

The location is very nice. The view is great and the beach is very close. The kitchen was well equipped. It was very comfortable for 3 adults.
The shops and eating places are a good 30 min walk with hills if you don't have a car. The main bathroom upstairs is on the small side and dated.

Very fresh and modern, had everything we needed. Fit a family of 5 comfortably. close to town and the beach.
parking, we have a very large car, we ended up not parking in the space provided because we didn’t want the kids to jump out and ruin the plants..and there wasn’t any room to step outside the car. wouldn’t be an issue for most cars. Not major at all, we parked in the visitor parking instead.

Great location with a view of the ocean. Choice of TV options...Netflix etc
The toilet seat was broken. Musty smell through the property. Not sure if this was caused by the constant wet weather over the past month.

Bright, breezy apartment walking distance to the beach.
Comfortable bed and furnishings.
Well equipped kitchen and a fantastic balcony BBQ.
Single garage was great for us to securely store our mountain bikes.
