Excellent facilities with classical architecture 🏛️

Need to improve customer service

The rooms are brilliant and very spacious. Given my purpose of the visit the hotel was in walking distance to where I wanted to go. Given it is on a major road getting an Uber was easy too. The breakfast was great and the staff are very courteous.

The room hygiene and cleanliness could be improved. If there is one ask of the housekeeping team it would be to use a checklist. In the first room there was stuff missing in the room. Cleanliness wasn't upto the mark. (No Shower gel, Non functional faucet, locker not working, Chocolate chips all over the furniture) So then I was moved to another room (a very good upgrade to the room size). Here the face towel was missing, Waste bins weren't cleared)

Breakfast options very limited. Too much time for check-in and check-out. Online booking support is very poor.

price was too high compare to the facilities it provides.

What a fantastic experience! The staff at The HILLOCK are attentive and efficient. They ensured we got an early check in and a late check out as requested. Beautiful interiors and delicious food made the experience even more memorable. Grateful for having chosen this property, will definitely visit again. By far one of the best stays. Book without hesitation.

Booking was a hasle for us firstly booking online was so difficult payment gateway is so bad. Services were worst deposit of 2000 like no chains of hotels take it. Nothing on the mini fridge apart from water bottle and upon that at the check out they call is and asked if we have used anything from the fridge seriously which world the staff stays? If bookings is done from ny other sites they charge 2000/- extra there commission. Please looting people.
