As other reviewers stated, the outside of the building needed a little bit of paint but I expected that. The building was actually quite charming. The room was more spacious than I expected. We had a nice comfy single bed with a small kitchenette area in the corner. There was also a good size closet that was able to hold all of our luggage on a built in bench complete with hangers. They cleaned the rooms daily. The front desk staff was exceptionally nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The wifi worked great, the water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. Everything worked and was clean and nice. The location was right in the middle of the action but not close enough to be loud. We were able to walk everywhere from this location. Close to plenty of bars, shopping and restaurants. Lots of local culture. Great stay. I will definitely book here again.

There was nothing I did not like about this place. It was exceptional.

The staff was excellent. Beds comfortable. Air Conditioner worked great.

No cart parking or even arrangements for where you can park. Only ONE chair in the room for double beds. Needed two chairs. No Desk! I had to have a desk so couldnt really work in the room and was there for work. So I was always having to go out. Cable only worked two days then never worked again. The top was awesome, but was always dirty. Bottles and trash were there for days. Great feature of the place that looks like nobody had been up there for years.

Staff is great. Very clean and safe.

Great location. In the middle of the sidewalk area, steps from a beach, and near the pier, so basically where you want to be, near the restaurants and the tour companies. The hotel is not fancy, but it perfect for a beach vacation.

No balcony to sit on and the TV service is very limited, but the wifi was pretty good, so I just watched news from home on my phone.

Sarah was excellent and very helpful! The location of this to the village was excellent! The beach was very close!

The only thing we would have liked is a veranda or deck, this particular room did not have one. There was a rooftop deck but those spiral stairs were a bit scary.

This is our second stay at the Sea View Suites. We love it here. Right on the beach and comfy rooms. The water pressure in the shower is amazing!!! The small kitchenette is nice, we could make our own coffee every morning, store cold drinks in the fridge, and make little meals on the hot plate. Also, we never heard other people unless they were in the hall.

Nothing. We love this place. It isn't fancy, but how much time do you really spend in your room when you're in paradise? For the price, this place is awesome. I don't know what more to say to meet the word number requirement.

the exterior needs major work

It is a hotel with good value, very close to the beach and the town. It is comfortable. Rooms are wide. Staff is nice and attentive. We liked it.

There is no private parking in the hotel, because the hotel is located in an alley where cars cannot enter. You can leave your car in the street (Placencia is safe) but it would be nice to know in advance to plan accordingly.

Sara the manager is kind, friendly, helpful, hardworking and just went above and beyond!

I thought everything was as promised in the listing. The only one extra item that could be helpful would be some directions to find the property from Placencia Road. However, my son had stopped at a nearby restaurant and one of the employees walked our son to the hotel and then we went to eat dinner. So, it all worked out!

The location was wonderful! it was right in the middle of the village and direct access to the beach. The hostess at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating and immediately gave us suggestions of local restaurants, etc. , upon our arrival.

Sarah who manages the property was an absolute angel and made our stay So special! She told all the best things to experience and was SO kind!

Receptionist Sara was congenial and helpful, when we drew her attention to our inability to activate the TV. She immediately sought to remedy the defect.
