Everything minus being on the third floor but it was exceptional

Being on the third floor but that can be anywhere, pretty much nothing I didn’t like

Potentially the one I stayed at was a great apartment in a safe and clean neighborhood, not far from shopping malls.

Where do I start? a) the toilet was getting clogged really easily and we had to use the plunger multiple times a day to get it to flush correctly. We told management multiple times but they never sent anyone to fix it. b) the door security codes had never been changed and were probably left to be the default codes. In fact we had a breach from a previous tenant and had to have them changed. Luckily this time management responded swiftly. c) cleaners were supposed to come and clean and resupply soap, toilet paper, trash bags. About the consumables they never brought anything and the cleaners even skipped a week out of the 4 I was there. The cleaners were supposed to clean the common areas but always did so in a very superficial way. d) I had the impression that my bedlinens hadn't been washed since the previous tenant moved out. In fact one of the tenants moved out while I was there and they didn't send anybody to clean her room for more than a week. I found a ton of woolly dust under my bed and some paper note from the previous tenant. I had to buy a Swiffer at target to remove it as it couldn't be reached with the hoover. e) the finishing of the house wasn't completed and the window frames were all very basic with flaking paint and stuff left behind from the construction? f) we had a big TV, but with no power chord nor remote g) the air conditioning was really loud h) the instructions to open the door weren't clear at all and as a result I was out of the apartment for hours during the night before I finally by chance figured out how to open the door i) the apartment is expensive so, for the price we were paying this level of service is completely unacceptable.
