so clean and open! beds were soooo cozy!!!! the host thought of everything to make the stay comfortable! we got ready for my wedding here and it was THE BEST don’t hesitate to book!!

The neighborhood was a little unsettling

It was a beautiful house, and much bigger than I expected. I loved all the décor and the games they provided. It was definitely a house I would love to have for myself, and look forward to being able to return on my future visits.

I have nothing to complain about, it was peaceful and so clean. Plenty of stores nearby, and the owners were easy to contact if we needed anything.

Beautiful home as soon as you walk in your amazed the decor was really cool. The house was really big and very clean. The owners had snacks and water for us and toiletries, toothbrush, toothpaste, face wipes and quips. The owners really put a lot of effort into making us feel at home. Thanks Masumi and Brian

Nothing it was perfect

A very comfortable home and very close to our meeting place.

The house is very well kept and inviting. Lots of features, especially in the kitchen for cooking. The sound proofing is very good and the house is isolated from most neighborhood noise. It is a quiet neighborhood as well. The location is convenient to all Clovis shopping (10 min drive max) and the airport (20 minute drive). The house is also less than 5 minutes from a major highway that connects to all of the other major highways.

The driveway configuration is difficult to manage with two cars, as the mailbox and sidewalk curb block one of the parking spaces in front of the garage. The neighborhood landscaper can block the driveway at times with their pickup and trailer.

I liked the open air layout of the living space, especially for social gatherings with family and friends. The kitchen is large with a very useful center island and coves just about every utensil, flatware, cookware and glassware need. The back deck is in the shade for most of the day which is perfect for relaxing outside in hot weather. The back yard has a fire pit stocked with wood and a grill stocked with charcoal briquettes. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean and with simple yet pleasing stylings. Lots of closet and storage space! There was a wide variety available on the widescreen TV's. Mostly quiet neighborhood!

I have only two complaints. The first complaint involves the rearmost double bed which features a memory foam mattress. While seemingly comfortable for back sleepers, it was very uncomfortable for this side sleeper. The second complaint is that one half of the driveway is not directly accessed from the street, requiring a lot of maneuvering to use the right side and making a two-car visit a bit of a chore with moving vehicles in and out.
