excellent room and bathroom. very clean. looked new. very friendly and helpful owner.

I don’t see why the owner needed to enter the room after one night of a two night stay. not current practice since covid and a waste of effort. also no indication this would happen. if I had known I would have secured my stuff.

No breakfast. Parking at the train station very convenient. Short walk into town. Lovely shower and very clean.

Fantastic location and our baby slept well in the travel cot.

Duvet was slightly too thick for my liking and it would have been a bonus if breakfast was included.

Nothing it was perfect!

Situated near train station where car parking was £1 per 24 hours or £3 per week ! Guest house was immaculate with new decor that resembled a boutique hotel , bedroom was beautiful,bathroom was huge too 😃 Its situated a short walk from the centre of Tenby . The fact that no breakfast is offered suited us as we weren’t rushed in a morning and easily found breakfast in the town .

The host was very friendly and welcoming, very clean and perfect location, 5 mins walk from the beach. The room was a nice size with a lovely shower.

The only thing that I would say is it was cold at night. The duvet was very thin, I assume it was summer duvet, which I understand as its been warm, but as we travelled in late September you felt the cold in the night.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice decor. Just around the corner from the coach stop, near a Sainsburys and up the road from the beach. Excellent location. Very nice en-suite.

The only downside was no breakfast option. I knew this when I booked though.

The location was fantastic! And a very warm welcome from Janine on our arrival. The room was super clean and was perfect for a two night stay! Janine was kind enough to send a jacket that we left behind at no cost which was much extremely kind and helpful 👍

The room was very clean and kept that way. The staff were friendly and pleasant and wanted guests to have a decent stay.

The size of the room was small for a double. For instance there was no room to add a chair for clothes or sitting. There was a comfortable bench under the mirror but , as said, it was below a mirror and designed where someone could put on make-up. There was no lounge, so the visit was restricted to our room. An option for food over breakfast would have secured the place as a base for the day's holiday but that wasn't present. Plenty of eating places in town though.
