Wonderful Customer Service!

The staff was fabulous, Kip and Joyce made our stay outstanding. So accommodating and pleasant, would talk with them every morning on the way out and at night on way in. Gave us alot of great suggestions and information. What a pleasure to deal with these two, great asset to Comfort Suites

Not one thing, this is one exceptional hotel. I have stayed at Econolodge and it was the worst experience, Comfort Suites has restored my confidence in Choice Hotels.

The area and the surrounding businesses.. the room was perfect, cozy and everything was clean! Housekeeping kept check on us when needed!

It's nothing that I didn't like

it was easy to check in. Love the persona touch in giving the kids cookies. the lobby was clean and open. Staff was helpful and assisted us.

The staff was really nice. The lobby is very pleasant looking and inviting.

There were a lot of ants in the bathroom. There were even dead ants in the towels. Besides the ants it was a great overnight stay.

The room was very spacious. Beds were most comfortable, with crisp, clean bedding. Bathroom was spotless with ample bath, hand & face towels available. Usual hotel amenities available. Breakfast offered a great variety from cooked (eggs, sausage, waffles) to cereals, yogurts & fresh fruit. Plenty of coffee available in the morning and chilled lemon-infused water available all day long. The freshly baked cookies in the lobby were a lovely touch. The location was perfect for our needs, in close walking proximity to grocery stores and other retail outlets, short drive to historic Downtown Summerville and easy connection to the '26 to Charleston. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating!
