Nice and clean with lots of things for the kids to do.

Didn’t like the open concept of the bathroom within the room. Also, having to pay for breakfast when other properties at this price level offer free breakfast buffet.

The aloft is rapidly becoming my favorite hotel. Seattle and Anchorage are both great. Rooms are big and bright. Clean facilities and very interesting decor. Very friendly staff especially at reception.

Stained furniture, bathroom with no door, poor quality tea, only three towels for a booking for 4 people, refrigerator with no freezer, no real glass glasses - only 2 plastic ones (again for 4 people), no shampoo. All these seem like trivial complaints - and they would be, except we paid almost $400 for one night. For that much money I expect higher quality.

Not much to chose from but what we had was good. I did appreciate the transportation from the airport to the hotel. We had 6 adults and 3 rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff were incredible! The woman who worked the front desk was so kind and made the stay amazing.

When I showed up I was pleasantly surprised, and then super surprised when I was the guest of honor randomly picked. My grandson was ecstatic. They upgraded our room, and the pool was an absolute blast cleanest place I’ve ever been as far as hotel, and the people were very very kind.

The only thing I did not like is because I found them randomly on the Internet because I booked through a third-party. I did not get credit when I opened my app but I would absolutely stay there again.

The wxyz bar inside, the lady I felt was little racial. But the other guy was good in making drinks.

The lack of knowledgeable front desk staff, no water pressure, no place to hang towels. Very thin walls. We could hear bathroom doors slamming in adjacent rooms. No shelves in the showers.

While all the staff we encountered were fantastic, Nora was a true standout. She truly made our stay so wonderful. Great property, Super cute decor. great proximity to downtown. loved the pool! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
