Clean room, comfortable bed, modern look, overall felt good about staying at the bloom

THIN WALLS!!!!! I could hear the room beside me’s music, conversations and some explicit sounds…. Had to call front desk 5+ times to make a noise complaint and when I asked for a different room they didn’t want to give it to me.

Hotel lobby is very nice (modern and sheek). The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The restaurant on site was very good and the service was excellent.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear clearly the phone ringing and the discussion in the next room. All rooms should have access to a good coffee brand and a working machine. Ours did not work. Coffee came out cold with grains. I attended the front lobby and asked for assistance (either a new machine or an offer of a free coffee) and they declined either request. Apparently maintenance does not work on sunday and a free coffee was not an option from the restaurant where breakfast is served for a fee. Not acceptable for a hotel at this price point.

I wanted something near the airport as I was picking up my car after a long flight. There were food options available within a 10min drive or so.

Location is a little in the middle of nowhere

Very nice hotel, most of the staff is super friendly! The rooms were super nice and great quality, didn’t try the restaurant but if you have a car there’s a lot of food options overall this our go to hotel for our next visit

We could ear the people in the lobby nothing too crazy but its there, ice machine only on 3 & 5 floor

The a/c unit in my room was very loud and I found it difficult to sleep.

Cleanliness and location.

Staff, bathroom (particularly shower) and the bed. Food choice in the restaurant was not that great at all. Had to go out somewhere to eat.

I didn't like that it was a smart tv without smart features. Would have loved to have been able to log in and watch Netflix or something.

Great design and rooms. Very modern and exceptionally clean. Quiet

My card showed the fee pending twice and another fee of $100. So total pending amount was nearly $400 for a room at $150 with tax. I put incidentals on another card. It ruined my trip. The transaction didn't clear until I was at home. It is not the booking site because I've booked many times before with other hotels and no issues.
