We had a great stay at Charmstay! The apartment was clean, well located, and easy to reach. It had everything we needed for a nice city trip. While the apartment itself isn’t luxurious, the service definitely makes up for it. The team was reliable, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy throughout our stay. We really appreciated that and would happily recommend Charmstay!

Booked 2BR apt - both with double beds & beds were comfy. Excellent communication fr Charmstay - they check in on guests daily & fast with responses. Location was ideal - short walk to Kings cross station & many nice eateries along the streets with Tesco express within mins.

Apt on 2/F no elevator, stairs are narrow so can be tough with big luggages. Not much space for big luggages in the rooms.

Very helpful customer support and perfect instructions on how to get there. Great location, very close to King's Cross / St. Pancras. The apartment is quite spacious by London standards and is clean. The kitchen equipment is sufficient. Theoretically, this could be a great place to stay if it weren't for the major downsides...

It is absolutely impossible to sleep in the bedroom with windows facing the street (Flat 2). The thin, paper-like 1950s windows offer zero noise insulation, so you hear traffic and drunk people as if they were right inside the room. Traffic stays busy until around 4 AM, which is when we finally managed to fall asleep on our first night. For the rest of our stay, we chose to sleep on the kitchen floor instead. It wasn't comfortable, but sleeping in the bedroom was simply impossible due to the noise. The Wi-Fi has a strong signal, but terrible speed. Pages barely load, and the upload speed is only a few kilobytes per second. It felt like going back to the year 2000.
