Location was amazing, house was fish, tidy and Aisling set is up with essentials and more including tea , coffee, sugar, milk, bread and so much more.

We received a warm welcome from the owner on arrival, as well as information and advice to get the most from our stay. The Townhouse has a great central location to see Derry/Londonderry. Four good-sized bedrooms over two floors, with a toilet and shower for each floor. Kitchen and cooking facilities were ideal, and a comfy living room to relax after a long day exploring. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops close at hand.

There is nothing to complain about the accommodation. On street parking can be a hit or miss when returning from a day trip, but council car park opposite is available if required.

Excellent well proportioned house in a great location. Host was amazing and the few requests we had before we arrived were attended to. i.e. Even a small Christmas Tree! We also found all essential food items in stock which was a great relief when arriving late at night. Really is a great house.

it had everything we could ask for in the house and didn’t need our car because we just to walk into town and everything was there will definitely be back… Ashling couldn’t do enough for us she was so welcoming… thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location was perfect - a 2 minute walk had you in among a huge range of shops/bars/restaurants etc

The location was really central and just a short walk to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. House was spotless and comfortable

Aisling had thought of everything. She left us in some bread and milk to get us started. The house is perfect and very clean. It's also in a really central location.

As a self catering property it was fantastic. Large fridge freezer, cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Our party comprised of 6 adults and 2 children, we had plenty of room. Four bedrooms over two floors, with shower/bathroom on each floor, as well as a downstairs toilet. To the rear was a private seated outdoor area, and parking available to the front and rear of property, although not always easily available. Very good Wifi too.

TV took a bit of working out, not connected with aerial, but did connect to various channels via the broadband.

A lovely 5 bed property located close to the centre of Derry. Everything was very clean and we appreciated Aisling welcoming us in person and giving tips on things to do. Lovely touches such as milk and biscuits available on our arrival.

Liked the layout of the house. Ideal for 2 families so we had a floor each. Ideal location. Shops, bars , restaurants etc all within walking distance.

Host on time and welcoming

Just basic requirements and it is a new listing host its learning and willing to take all on board. E.g. hairdryer, cheese grater, colander. Otherwise everything was there.

The house was lovely and very clean and the location is incredible. I would definitely recommend staying here for your trip to Derry. The one thing we noticed was that the listing says the house has 1 bathroom but there are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath.

This house is in an ideal location for exploring Derry city. It is extremely well kitted out, comfortable and clean. Communication with our host was easy and straightforward. The place met all our needs for a short break and I would certainly return there.
