location was great. Staff were very helpful and charming. coffee was very nice in morning.

untidy and in disarray. dog poop everywhere with 4 puppies and adult mother. apartment needs work on plumbing and decor.

if you want to pay for this barn and ruin your vacation, then go. from the first we were given a room on the first floor and after payment we were sent to the basement, the photos do not correspond to reality at all😂 it was very damp and cold, there were no normal windows. There was no hot water for 4 days. there were poop all over the yard and it stank. never again. these are two merged hotels Aruna Hotel and Ramo I do not advise even if you stayed on the street.

Property is not at all match the description.The appartment have only one shower.and in one of .washroom pan cover broken it neither have proper utensils even they not have spoons. Bed was broken Linen and towel were very old . As shown in description the appartment was not fully air-conditioned one of its room had only small fan Window do not have proper curtain to protect from sunlight. Even pathway to stairs was shoddy filled with luggage lobby of building for sleeping of dogs.No security even door on the main entrance do not have any proper locking system Appartment have some pet dogs and cat which keep on shouting I will suggest no one to book such a cheat appartment and spoil your holidays

We were sent to a different hotel called Aruna hotel across from Ramo when we arrived they said we have bad news the family who was suppose to leave today couldn't because of Ukrainian war. So we can stay in this hotel for now it was a tiny shack with where u can barley move . It was snowing no choice with 9 ppl to go anywhere and small babies she gave us 3 rooms in Aruna which we didn't even pay for this one. I spoke to other guests they also told same story about a Ukrainian family. Next day we went finally to ramo it was filthy our soles of feet were black from dust. No wifi and so cold they tried to come fix it and bring a space heater but I believe facility was not equipped to be rented out. I spent almost 500 euros here. I called booking.com also and they didn't help either they said just leave a bad review. I dont recommend staying here i think it was rented out for months and we were thr dummy ppl who rented it for 500 euros.

unfortunately flat was not as we expected, refrigerator wasn’t working and instead of it was a small refrigerator in which I couldn't put a bottle of Pepsi. Vacum cleaner not working, washer not working good. windows without curtains.
