Location excellent, pool non existent but we enjoyed our stay

This is the perfect place! It has a great view of the church and is within walking distance of everything in Kona. It was my three friends first trip to the Big island and they thought this condo was the best place! We liked having coffee and mimosa's on the balcony and it's close to the farmers market which made fruit salads an easy meal.

we loved our stay in Kailua Kona. the apartment is very conveniently located, no need to take the car, everything in kailua kona (lots of restaurants, bars, shops) is in easy walking distance and its only a 3 minute drive to the shopping centers (target, safeway, wallmart, ross etc.). Having a free parking space with the apartment is a great feature. the apartment is big enough, the bed is wide and comfortable, the kitchen is one of the best equipped we've had with lots of new (!) pots and pans, all the necessary appliances etc. - allmost too convenient with all the great eating places nearby! the apartment comes with beach equipment to use, which is also nice as there are a number of nice sandy beaches in easy driving distance. a sizeable laundry room is available on the ground floor and we even got to use the small but sparkling clean pool. we would definitely come again and recommend the apartment highly. also to mention: Knutson & Associates who rent the apartment were super helpful and communicated very well with us - they even provided an app with all the necessary information (self-check in was a breeze) and they informed us numerous times on events and things we needed to know during our stay. highly recommended! many thanks K&A!

we found virtually nothing negative about the apartment and our stay.

The place was very clean and has a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. they have several items for water play including boogie boards, tons of towels, and snorkels. The tv is set up with a roku. Location is perfect for food and shopping in walking distance. The building is secured and can only be entered by a key (great security).

No laundry in the room. The laundry is separate and you have to pay for it. Not too big of a deal - but a bit of a bummer if you planned on washing clothes during a trip.

It’s a complete apartment. Very nice. The stay was great.
