The decor was beautiful.High standard.Bathroom was well equipped.liked that l could adjust the heating to suit.Entrance hall was very clean & decor was beautiful.Earplugs were left but we didn’t need them as it was quiet.Don’t be put off with it being next door to the pub,the staff are lovely & no noise from the pub was heard. Short walk into the town where there are some lovely restaurant, Great stay would highly recommend.

The apartment was next door to a pub which served decent meals.It was a 10 minute walk to the Christmas markets.nice shops and eating places along the way
Bed was very comfy but made creaking noises when you moved

Lovely apartment in a great location. Very well equipped, these apartments are finished to a high standard. Communication from the host was excellent and we had everything we needed.
We had two apartments and the only drawback was that on Saturday night, the apartment on the ground floor was quite noisy due to the pub next door.

Lovely Georgian building, beautifully decorated and equipped. Our group had five apartments and had a wonderful stay. Have edited to add that the owner was extremely helpful and welcoming when we were making arrangements for the stay and the apartments had everything we needed to make our stay a success.
Neither of these were within the owners control, so a bit unfair to mention, but we managed to accidentally pick what must of been the hottest weekend of the year (over 30 degrees on the Saturday) and, being an old building, it did get VERY hot, particularly in the second floor apartments. It also meant all the windows were open so there was a lot of street noise which went on all night (it’s a busy road) and noise from the pub next door (which of course ended at closing time). I expect we were also not exactly quiet (10 middle-aged women on a hen weekend!) so that is not a complaint, but an honest comment. We all just did our best to ignore it (or added to it!) but if it would bother you, then these lovely apartments close to the wonderful City centre are probably not for you , at least in summer.

Beautiful little apartment, just what we needed for 2 nights away. Comfortable bed.
No parking, have to walk quite a way to find somewhere. Also the sofa in the kitchen/living room was hard and uncomfortable

Superb accommodation which is obviously well looked after by the hosts. The finishing touches were to a very high standard and the hosts had provided little extras such as a fan and earplugs which were great. The room was very clean which was a real highlight of our stay.

The apartment was excellent, very clean and tidy, and the bed was soooooo comfy, I didn't want to get up the next morning, excellent location, lovely pub next door.
The host was more than helpful and very friendly.
Will definitely stay there again when I'm back in Worcester.
Being on top floor 🤣🤣, that's a joke the place was perfect.

We greatly appreciated the communication with the host. Beautiful decoration and very clean.
Our daughter slept on a not very comfortable sofa bed in the kitchen. It was OK for a very short stay but not ideal.

Property was furnished to a good standard. It was easy to access and had everything we needed for a one night stay with a friend.
There were blood stains on the bedding and the bathroom floor was unclean. The property is a little out of the centre and backs onto a pub beer garden so was quite noisy at night. The property is also quite small / claustrophobic with a lot of doors/small rooms. Considering the above I suggest this property is overpriced.

The location, the facilities, the ease of check-in and extensive pre-visit information. We felt well informed about parking, directions and check-in details. The spacious apartment would make a longer stay very enjoyable. We will be recommending this to others and would stay again.
A minor detail… no washing up liquid! We also felt it was quite pricey for the one night, but could not fault the spacious apartment and facilities for those enjoying a longer stay, where they could make full use of all of the facilities.

It was very well equipped with a friendly feel - little notes to say there were extra pillows under the bed if needed and soap and hand cream dispensers. There was a dishwasher and a TV in the living room as well as the bedroom.
Parking was an issue and more information where to park for free would have been helpful. I didn't want to eat or drink in the pub or pay £5 every day ( I was there for a week) . But a note to say that you could park across the road on a Sunday after 6.30 until 8.30am Monday. And you can park for free if you walk to the park and leave your car in Park Avenue would have been helpful. On the map before I went it looks as if, being in a residential area you could park very nearby but they were all resident only parking with a 45 minute allowance near by and 3 hours if you went to Chestnut Road, for example.

The room was beautifully decorated with everything we needed. Although it was very warm there was a fan so it was possible to keep cool. The location was perfect, we walked to our event at the cricket ground. The pub next door was brilliant, a lovely reasonably priced meal. The advice given by the host before we arrived was perfect and helped us immensely.
It was great, there was nothing that we didn’t like.

We booked a night in a room with en-suite at no 12. The decor and furnishings were lovely and comfortable and the room was extremely clean. It’s in an excellent location and just a short walk into Worcester centre. We parked in the pub next doors car park no problem.
We think Red and Miranda have done themselves proud to create such tasteful business. We would definitely recommend.

A lovely quiet flat overlooking a garden. It felt spacious and was well designed. It was very convenient for the centre.

Timed key code means you can't get in if a bit early. Luckily the rain had stopped!

The location was perfect for us as we were shopping for wedding dresses then spent the rest of our stay in the Talbot pub next door, which is a very friendly well priced pub with a great beer garden. The decor was very tasteful and the beds very comfy.
Though it didn't bother us at all and wasn't an issue, the beer garden outside can get a bit noisy as doesnt shut until quite late

Location great - although a little further out of town than I realised. the renovations on the building have been done to such a high standard and very well thought through. Perfectly appointed apartment for one night.
The bed needs tightening up - was a bit squeaky and I don't love the hall light on a motion sensor, the light bulb was very daylight and bright during the middle of the night.

The whole apartment was so neat and clean, the welcome book had some good tips about the area, cold water in the fridge was very welcome as was the fan in the bedroom because the room got pretty hot at night and it was too loud outside with the windows open
All the information I needed such as the code to get in, directions and parking were all sent to me in an accessible manner and in plenty of time
I really recommend a stay here! It's simple but also got everything you'll need

The venue and it was very clean and next the pub which was great for parking and fabulous food in the pub xx fabulous business idea we love it xx
The windows we could not keep open when we were out of asleep as we were on the ground floor and we could not turn the thermostat down in the room these did not spoil our trip

The apartment was indeed, 'Stunning!' Furniture, decor and fittings were of a very high modern, standard and it was all immaculately clean. We were able to take advantage of the pub parking next door which was handy and out concerns that it might be noisy late into the night given it was next door proved unfounded. By 11.15 all was quiet and traffic noise was minimal too, despite our apartment overlooking the main road. It accommodated all three of us via a comfortable double bed and sofa bed. However, we would have preferred the offer of twin beds and the sofa bed but I note no rooms have this facility which is a shame. Maybe something to consider as an option??

Very cosy and modern, very clean. Large tv in bedroom and comfy bed. Great location with a pub with food and sky sports literally next door and only a 5 minute walk from the city centre.
Only issue was the shower wasn’t very powerful and took a while to get to the correct heat.

I booked this Apartment for my sister and her husband. I stepped inside briefly and it is so nicely presented. My sister reported the bed was lovely and comfortable. There were really nice touches and everything you require. Location was perfect and the Talbot Pub is right next with other pubs very local to No 12. Thank you
