Nothing, the parking is not ideal for a car, was not that save. Sam take us to a bad location, nothing worked, the shower don't even work, the toilet was leaking. It was not even in a save area. I am highly dissappoint in a waste of money.

There place was clean and specious

It was cold and there was no heater There gave one blanket and one duvet still felt cold The bed was old you cold feel the spring wire of iit

Eventhough i was not happy, the Host (Sam) was very helpful and friendly. I give him 10 out of 10 for being a good host.

I phoned the host little after 13h00 and asked if my lift could drop me off a little early because book in is only at 14h00. The host said that the room would only be available at 15h00, i told him that my lift cant wait till then cause she needs to get back to Brackenfell. I said i can just sit somewhere in the building and wait then, the host then said he is going to send me an adress where i can go sleep for the night and go to my booked room the next morning, he also said that that place is actually an upgrade of what i booked, he made it sound good so i said okey When i arrived at the adres he sent me my heart almost stopped, this was no area for a white woman alone, the lady that opened for me also said that this place is an upgrade of where i was originally booked. When i stepped inside i wanted to run away and said to her that if this is a upgrade of the other place i really dont want to see the other place. This place was disgusting dirty. ( Have photos as proof) There was also still vingernails lying on the floor of the previous people. When the host arrived there i explained to him that i was not happy with this area and room and that i wanted to cancel or want to be recruited to another area, he said to me he doesnt have a problem and that i must sort it out with booking.com. I then phoned and spoke to 2 people first a man that sounded as if he was going to help me but then somehow he either put the phone down or we got cut off then i phoned again and spoke to a lady that was actually very rude and not understanding my dalema, told me i must go back to the area and the room that i orginally booked and that she can not cancel it if i dont go to the room.. By this time i was in tears and very frustrated and just left the whole situation as is. I was tired of trying to explain to a hardheaded woman that does not know the areas herself and dont have any compassion for a human being.

Very comfortable. Fridge kettle an microwave with plates etc. Tea coffee and sugar

Parking was tight. Bur we managed by moving cars every morning

The Host / Owner Sam was amazing , great guy and takes care of you should you need anything. The facilities was great value for money, definitely worth the stay and would stay there again , highly recommending this stay to others Close to transport , century city mall which is a plus sign for anyone looking to have convenience of having to be out late and come and go as you please as you have access to the main gate with your own key and don't have to worry about anything , knowing you're safe.
