Good location, lovely view from the apartment balcony, equipped with table and chair for eating outside. Very comfortable beds, good heating/ air conditioning units although these were noisy at night.

We were a party of 4, but there was only 3 cups and the TV was not turned in, nor could it be connect it to the internet. There was no arrival information on how to use anything. Water supply to apartment stopped working 12 hours before checkout- no water from taps, shower, or to flush toilet. Plumber who arrive in morning once this was reported, was unable to fix problem. Sadly a disappointing end to our holiday.

La proximité avec les lieux/monuments à visiter, avec le port, et les supérettes également (à environ 5 min à pieds). L'hôtel est charmant avec les poutres et pierres apparentes. La vaisselle fournie est suffisante. La machine à laver est un véritable avantage quand on voyage. L'accueil est sympathique. Les boîtes à clés pour la chambre et pour l'entrée de l'hôtel sont pratiques.

Attention aux nombreux escaliers si vous voyagez avec beaucoup de valises, il y a beaucoup d'escaliers à La Valette et certaines rues sont difficilement accessibles en voiture. Avoir un étendoir à disposition serait bien utile après la lessive. Le fer à repasser n'est pas très efficace, et la planche à repasser n'a pas de housse suffisamment épaisse pour éviter les marques sur les vêtements.

Piccolo monolocale in un grazioso palazzo del centro. Mini cucina a disposizione. Wifi OK. Self checkin facile e con istruzioni dettagliate.

Reception presente solo poche ore. Forse un po' rumoroso all'esterno, ma il città ci può stare.

Мивката в банята течеше от кранчето,от към банята има шахта в която има поставени климатици и е доста шумно.Отделно се чува постоянен теч на вода ,който е от покрива и никой не го отстрани 4 дена докато бяхме там.Леглото не е удобно и пропадаш в средата.

Location and the balcony. We loved the balcony so much it is now on the list of things we look for when booking accommodation elsewhere. Perfect weather (October 2023).

Communication the day of arrival had not been received when anticipated and caused some angst. But everything was fine. We just arrived after check in time. we weren't expecting someone to be on site. so there were less issues than anticpated when the communcation didn't arrive. There were some issues with the power tripping but the staff on site were very responsive. Unfortunately that meant wi fi was down and it meant goign up an down the stairs a few times, The mattress in second room could do with replacing.

Vi fik ikke fjernsynet til at virke men måske det var os der ikke lige vidste hvordan.

The location of the property was incredible. Right next to the prettiest streets. Full of bars and little restaurants yet peaceful and quiet at bedtime. Very easy to get around. It is set in a traditional old building on Ursula Street. The reception and lobby are very pretty and there is a free water machine and a small library. Lift is provided to take you to the higher rooms. The properties were all air conditioned and very warm. Beds comfortable.

A very small apartment. We stayed in De Fonseca, Which was one of the suites overlooking the courtyard. I think we may have been in the cheaper suites of the properties accommodations, it was very small and the lounge/kitchen area only had a very small dining table with two chairs and then two other chairs instead of a sofa. We didn't have any wine glasses, just one paint glass and a normal glass. I think these have probably been broken by previous guests and not replaced. There is a coffee machine, an iron and ironing board and also a hair dryer provided. The bathroom is tiny. There is no way to store or keep your toiletries and makeup. Our shower door was hanging off and the sink filled up constantly and would not drain. We did advise maintenance and they came immediately and sorted out the shower door but unfortunately the sink continued to fill up. Be aware that although the sockets in the walls are three pin, the iron and hair dryer are two pin. Therefore you will need adaptors if coming from the UK. Tea, coffee and sugar are left. However no milk so do bring powdered milk or go to the supermarket which is about a 5-minute walk. All in all I would say the accommodation is adequate for a very short stay, And is in keeping with the traditional properties of the area. However, if I was going for longer than two nights I would need more space and more facilities. But for location, this is probably in one of the best places.

Beautiful view, fantastic location, and a comfortable space. You can’t beat the terrace view during sunrise/sunset. We really enjoyed staying here!

The complex is in a fantastic area, and the staff behind reception were helpful.

The room was damp, and had a strong odour that required us to leave the door open to ventilate. The bed was very uncomfortable with poor quality sheets. The decoration and finish of the interior was pretty basic, and the paint was peeling off the wall. This was disappointing given the relatively high price point.

Den Pool, der auf den Bildern zu sehen ist gibt war leider out of Service. Im Erdgeschoss leider kein Licht in der Wohnung.

location is very good for a stay in Valletta

grossly exaggerated facilities and misrepresentation of the accommodation. we booked an apartment with access to a pool, working internet, cable TV, working aircon (the aircon worked but in one room unable to adjust or turn off) and terrace all of which didn’t work or was not available. 24 hr support was non existent or non responsive. views of the harbour was average.

The location is very nice, near the famous gardens..

The room was too small, the bathroom is in the bedroom and hasn't any system for the smells or the humanity so it smells all the time. They came everyday in our room just to make the bed. They didn't clean anything, they was making footprints of dirt in our room. If you don't want to pay for hostel it's nice. But for suite isn't at all!

They advertised it had a pool and that’s why we booked it, and the pool was empty , we complained about the drainage in the shower it kept filling up, we had about 2-3” of water it took along time to drain they said they will notify the maintenance man but we didn’t see him

Great location and the views from our apartment were amazing. Self contained, including washing machine. Very clean. Air conditioning was great. The lift was much appreciated.

The pool was not open.
