Lots of noise , the Tennant’s upstairs were loud late in the night and very early in the morning Toilet was not functioning . Nothing was done about it

It took over an hour to get in. No codes worked that were given to me. Cold water from melting snow was dripping down my back.

The driveway, the parking was not good for 3 vehicles

close to vail shuttle bus.

door lock was problematic especially when it was cold. would have to enter code 2-3 times before door would not open. washer machine didn’t work, not enough towels or toilet paper for four people. parking was okay- I drive a large truck and luckily there was not another renter because I took the space in front of the garage and the space on the side. Poorly lit at night, motion lighting barely provided enough lighting to navigate from the car to the front door.

The driveway is too small for 3 vehicles. Especially when there are 2 trucks and 1 SUV.
