Bilo bi lijepo da su u objektu bile kućne papuče i da ima barem sol i papar u kuhinji. Sve ostalo je bilo ok.

Super appartement fonctionnel, bien décoré et très bien équipé! Si vous êtes de passage à Dijon je recommande vivement. De plus, le propriétaire est arrangeant et très sympathique

Nice clean and comfortable. Just what we needed

Balcony with shade and sun. Lockbox for key.

Shower head did not work. Had to use bath faucet. Towels and toilet paper were closeted without instructions. Linens were not provided which I overlooked in the details.

The flat is very clean, with beautiful design, paintings and good furniture. Kitchen includes everything you need including coffee machine and Tassimo machine, microwave, oven, stove. Good noise insolation and heaters work good. Easy to park the car around. The landlord replies fast and is trustable! Location is a bit outside the center, 10 mins walking from tram station, close to buses. Ideal when coming by car. It looks exactly like in the pictures!

Pay attention that the check-out cleaning and sheets are not included by default (it is written in the detailed description), so it is not a problem!

Beautiful apartment in Art Deco style. Fully equipped kitchen with a door directly to the balcony for outdoor meals. Easy to use washing machine with enough features (a bit odd placed in the kitchen, but who cares).

The sound form the traffic on the street next to the building. To load to keep the window open during night. Not a problem for me, but someone less agile might have problem with stepping into the bath tube for showers, the latter handheld only.

First things first. This accomodation is in an public appartment and you will recieve below mentioned information from the owner of this accomodation after you made the booking a day prior to check in. According to Frensh standards you need to pay extra for linen per time and you need to pay extra for cleaning after you leave the accomodation, unless you bring your own linen and clean the accomodation yourself. The prices that where charged to us (€15 linen en €45 cleaning are reasonable). Last but not least you need to sign a contract (written in Frensh) on arrival which include your personal details (you will recieve this request prior by mail before check in) and additional you could be charged with an €500 sequrity deposit. (the owner will deside on the spot if you need to fullfill this deposit at the moment of check in). This said , the owner gave us a nice and warm welcome and gave us all the needed information. we where content with the appartment and the location and enjoyed our stay. The appartment was clean, the entrance is secured and we could park our car in front of the appartment (free of charge). The information about the appartment including photos on the booking site are accurate. For them who would like to stay to visit Dijon and surroundings for a few days and have their own transport , I would like to recommend this appartment.

It would be fair to recieve the information about depostit etc. from the owner before the moment of cancelation passed by.
