The location was great.

1) Upon booking we didn't like that Readyset required confidential photo ID from the entire adult family staying at the property, Including passport or driver's license. 2) Also, after reluctantly giving extra credit card details to readyset l was told that they would use this as a security and would only deduct the $495 if damage was found. They deducted the $495 and returned it 3 days after we checked out. 3) The BBQ! The gas bottle was empty and l was told that it wasn't guaranteed it to be full but l was welcome to go and fill it up at my own expense. Saying this the BBQ was a death trap riddled with flaking rust and we wouldn't eat off it anyway. 4) The majority of the place wasn't clean, but saying this, the bathroom and toilet were. Black hairs and indistinguishable other things covered the linen, the towels were old, surfaces were dusty, utensils and bowls still had food on them. 5) Readyset has very poor customer service. They only reply after being forced to.

The property was clean and easily accessible, the location was perfect for us as we have family in town.

One of my girls had an accident and I discovered the washing machine wouldn’t turn on at all and there wasn’t laundry soap so I ended up using hand soap to wash her pants.

The location was convenient, just about 5 min drive to the beaches of Venus Bay and about halfway between Wilson's Prom and Philip Island. It's a good sized house and well equipped. It could comfortably hold a large family. It's a great value for the size.

The sheets and towels were not very clean. There were stains on our fitted sheet and pillowcase and no top sheet to separate you from the quilt which I don't think is cleaned between each guest. We also could find any kitchen towels or bin bags so we had to buy our own.

The house was clean and well maintained.

The WIFI didn't work properly which was disappointing.

the layout and bedrooms look great.

It has only one AC in the living room and not cold enough when it was too hot and no fans available. I saw some mosquitoes in the house. The bathroom doesn’t have lock, it can be open from living room and main bedroom and both sides can’t be locked from inside.

The tissue box has only two sheets left, leaving us, the hay fever victims, running to the IGA for replenishment. please ask your house keeper to keep an eye on such essentially non-essential issues.
