- Good price, excellent value for money - Great communication with the hosts both in advance and at the place, we have received many useful tips from them - Perfect location for an individual exploring of the eastern part of the Dominican Republic by car -- 30 minutes from the airport -- 15-60 minutes from many beaches -- 10-15 minutes from supermarkets/banks -- 5 minutes from great (more expensive) restaurant - Calm and quiet location - You can choose small studio with a fridge or bigger apartment with kitchen - Roof terrace with grill, small pool, washing machine - You can order simple and tasty breakfast at the terrace - Possibility of early check-in and late check-out, perfect for late/early flights (transfer is possible via the host's contacts or via Booking) - Help with reliable car rental arrangement, pick up at the apartment with no additional cost

Not entirely negative, but should be considered by everyone before the stay: - It is in the middle of nowhere, so it is not possible/worthy to walk around, you need a car/uber to get anywhere, even to a restaurants, as they are across the highway. And driving at night is not very reccommended. (But you can spend nice nights with barbecue on the terrace, so it just depends on what you prefer) - There is a high chance that you frequently encounter a spider, lizzard, grasshopper or many other bugs around the apartments as it is closely surrounded by nature. - I would appreciate a barrel with drinking water in the studios like in other accommodations here, even if it should be for an additional cost :)

Very friendly and excellent communication made our 1 night stay easy after our flight. Owner really wanted cash and explained that he has to charge 8% more for cards. It's a shame he doesn't mention that in his description.

It was fine for us but you need a car as it's quite a way from anything.

the property was very spacious and clean. we enjoyed the top deck and small pool. The ability to wash clothes/hang dry if needed. We enjoyed the privacy and distance it was too and from the beach and downtown. We were reminded that we were staying in the tropics and one night we sat on the deck and saw a (very) small brown snake eating a lizard … I’m adding this here because it wasn’t something we considered negative but an experience to see some of these animals in their natural habitat. The host and his wife were very responsive and helpful. Breakfast was good, very wonderful fruit and cafe. **** we had to check out an hour or so early but due to a rusted pipe in the bathroom needing to be fixed. I assume.

Quiet and secure property! Very clean and comfortable! The owners are very helpful and their hospitality makes your stay even better! not far from the beach, but the pool is excellent on days you don’t make it to the beach!

Very quiet and nice, pleasant place, Macao beach a short drive away. Bavaro around the corner. The owners are very helpful, great communication and arrangement. I really enjoyed this accommodation, I slept well. I was surprised by the perfect cleanliness. I recommend it, I have no complaints and rate it highly, thank you and I wish many satisfied guests as I was.

I give 10 because I was very satisfied with everything, even more so when I compare the quality with other accommodation in the Dominican Republic. Calm and pleasant environment, absolute cleanliness, very comfortable bed and equipment. Rich fresh breakfast for a great price. There is a refreshing pool and a pleasant place to sit on the roof terrace with a barbecue. Very nice and very helpful owners, they helped with everything, they also arranged transport from the airport. I will be very happy to come back again soon and recommend this new and great accommodation for the perfect price to everyone.
