There was smell in the lobby area that was nasty

In my room I stepped on at staple from the bed punctured 4 holes in my foot! Starbucks wasn’t open until 3 what??

Was comfortable and clean. That's about it.

Couldn't use the pool, toilet leaked and turned on and off all night, cable TV was unwatchable.

Long wait checkin, room had carpet stains, torn furniture, a clogged tub, and a broken phone too! Then housekeeping woke me at 9:15 by entering my room while I was sleeping.

After an unbelievable day I arrived to an extremely hot room and had to call maintenance who had to come and change thermostat batteries seriously? Then no usb plugs phone dying, outdated

See above and then no restaurant for breakfast “ not open today!!” Had to get myself to bagel place down the road before a funeral

The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. The room was clean, the bed sheets and towels immaculate

The A/C were probably not cleaned for a long time because the room smelled strongly when the A/C was on. The bathtub needs a refresh.

The lobby

Falsely advertised that there was a restaurant and Bar, but then was told I could only get breakfast on Sunday and that the bar and restaurant we’re not operational Was placed in a building farthest away from the main lobby. Only one other car in the parking lot and the main security door that you need a key card to enter to get into the building was broken /unlocked. It felt very unsafe there. Isolated. The bathroom had hair on the floor. I booked in February for a two night stay at the end of June, and my rate was considerably higher than the rate The hotel was giving out, but they would not change it for me because I went through a third-party booking company. We found another hotel on our own, went back to the lobby and asked for and was given a refund so we could leave

great location. shower was amazing - great water pressure. linens/towels were high quality. bed was comfortable

room not cleaned or serviced room was far from desk and there was another entrance right by it but we were not advised to drive around and park there. seemed to be short staffed

The pool was horrible the ac was on full blast and my niece and nephew could not even go in the water bc it was so cold and the beds were very uncomfortable

The location was great and the rooms were clean. The front desk staff were very helpful .

No indication that no food would be available on site. The only offering was coffee and a few other grab ad go items which were only offed on one of the two days that I was there. If they could mention the lack of food in the beginning, I would have chosen another place to stay.
