First of all, its location is perfect..
Near to main boulevard garden town and also in peaceful place, market at front and parking.
Rooms and service was impressive too.
Overall Ambience is worth coming for.

No hot water.
Bed sheets and towels are not clean.
Breakfast start very late.
They keep the small change to themselves of remaining money.

Location was good.
Just because we booked through booking.com and got a good discount they tried giving family a smoking room. And after bit argument they send us on the 4th floor and the hotel was without any lift. Had tough time climbing up the 3 floors.

I appreciate the Staff available there, Especially the Honesty of the Guy At Reception.
I mistakenly gave him Hundred Saudi Ryal instead of Pakistani 100 Rupees and he returned me on the Spot.
I would like to refer all the people who come from another countries or other cities..must experience this hotel.

The location and the proximity
I’ve stayed in this hotel more than 10-12 times I think. The management has changed now. Initially they’re on a good run and the beddings and everything was great and they did improve overtime. But this stay was horrible. I booked more than 24 hrs in advance. When I arrived after a long 6 hrs drive and tiring day, they don’t have any display that they’d charge extra for the card payments. Getting in the room, found out that bedsheet was dirty with stains and also on the quilt cover as well. Washroom was okay and clean but disgusting bedding. I kept waiting and then they said they’d change it which they did and the new bedsheet was again stained and dirty and even, wet. The quilt cover was also stained and dirty. I again called the manager and nothing was done and around 10:30pm I demanded a return of my money and left. An epic example of an excellent hotel going downhill. I seriously wish the owner pays attention and changes the hotel manager and staff. This used to be my go to place whenever I came to lahore but not anymore.

My trip to Lahore was on business. I found the Hotel Grand Lahore on the Booking app. The location of the hotel is in the Johar Town area, very lively and economically developed. Close to Expocentre and Emperium Mall. The price of an overnight stay is more than adequate, always clean room, very comfortable bed, AC, smart TV, fridge. Special thanks to the staff, friendly and helpful, always ready to help. Breakfast and restaurant menu are beyond praise. The owner of the hotel is a very smart and personable gentleman, who is also ready to solve any problems. I can say that this is one of the best hotels in the region. On my next visit, I will definitely stay only at the Hotel Grand Lahore And of course I will recommend to all my colleagues. Eventing is good best hotel in Lahore.

So wonderful experience. Every dish was tasty. And hospitality was very good. We came late for iftar but they gave us extra time and special service was given. Best place for buffet in Lahore. two eggs omelet and cup of lovely tea was a great way to start off the day. its my 6th stay here and its just excellent. i think in this much money its the best facility. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work
a fridge in the room would probably be helpful to keep the water bottle cold at least. but not a mandatory thing

Since it was quite a new property, so was super clean and fresh. Hope they will maintain the same level. Rooms were perfectly designed.

I booked six rooms at this hotel for my team,
two 2 beds,
one Delux &
three 3 bed rooms (total six separate bookings for two nights I.e. 28 to 30th of April 2023. I was trying to get my level two genius by booking rooms separately.
Firstly the hotel management refused to give me 2 two beds rooms & one deluxe saying that they were not available delisted I had a confirm booking.
Secondly their duty manager asked me to cancel booking & get discount on rest of the three beds rooms directly, which was again a dis honesty on their part.
Thirdly, I just saw now that they cancelled two of my three rooms bookings just to keep booking.com’s commission which is the third cheating on their part.
Fifteen days ago, Another hotel also cheated booking.com where i stayed for four days but they cancelled my booking to keep booking.com’s cut.
what are you guys doing for this cheating practice of Pakistani Hotel? My three bookings with separate bookings were cut down to one by the hotel grand but I know from my recent personal experience that you will not do anything about that..
please give me one reason why I should continue with booking.com when your partner hotels are cheating with your customers!
