Nice and clean
The memory foam mattresses are horrible and not comfortable. When I laid there I felt like it stayed sunken in all week and never was comfortable

Very clean, beds comfortable, the pool was nice/clean and the area was very quiet.
Just a few minor issues: electronic door lock wasn't working properly, front porch light was out, not very many electrical outlets.

Back patio and pool on the intercoastal was fabulous
No grab bars anywhere in the bathroom or shower. Toilet in bath was exceptionally short it felt like squatting when trying to sit down. I had to help my wife stand up each time she went

Everything was perfect. We stayed here while our home was getting ready since we were relocating from the west coast. The location was perfect, close to Publix, restaurants and the beach. The location was quiet and private and we felt very safe. The host was very attentive and ensured we had instructions to enter the home as well as instructions when leaving. It was a perfect place to relax as we transitioned to our permanent place.

The view from the pool is stunning! 5 minute walk to Indian Rocks beach which is equally stunning!
Beds were comfortable.
Kitchen needs some attention - paint peeling off cupboards etc and some saucepans weren't clean.
AC unit in the twin bedroom very noisy and kept the children awake so had to rely on the fan.

Quiet location. Quick access to activities.
In Ocean Away, the upstairs area was not cool enough. Not much communication with host. I sent 2 messages before our trip that were not answered.

The convenience factor was excellent...
Indian rocks Beach is a unique little town.. we knew that going in. There are some great little restaurants around this residence mainly tucked away in little shopping centers.. if you want to eat at some of the bigger restaurants or more famous ones you will have to go into Clearwater where there is a lot of traffic.. The convenience factor for this place is you can cook at home and or you can go experience one little jewels that Indian rocks has to offer.
