The owner was responsive.
This place is not inviting, living room furniture is old and dirty, the kitchen was most disappointing with old and poor quality dinnerware that we didn’t want to use. The bed was not comfortable and pillows were lumpy. The location is not convenient at all unless you have a car. The existing reviews are totally inaccurate and misleading.

the property is quite massive, on the upper deck floor has 2 queen beds, lower floor with a sofa bed. they got bathrooms located in each level, and they work perfectly fine.
the washing machine is there, but not for guest use. they somewhat put a note on the machine telling you not to switch if off, because it's running their private laundry. not sure what it means.
the upper deck sleeping arrangement is generous with 2 beds but pity the other bed, no A/C, only fan.

Spacious two-story apartment with a beautiful view of the lake.
- It is desirable to place the password for Wi-Fi in a conspicuous place. we arrived from airport without a local sim card, and without wifi we could neither contact the owner nor call a taxi, etc.
- preferably more detailed instructions on how to get the key, how to use it, what is the password for the door, etc. saves a lot of time

Facilities was poor -pipe leaking and noisy sound from the piping through out the stay. Comfort and safety of guest are important.

I like the fact that there is a secure way to get inside the apartment and also there's a car-park for us.
The fact that we can't use the washing machine. Because we went swimming and our towels were wet. Thankfully a towels was provided with the accommodation and we brought our own.

Host didn't inform the security procedures upon arrival causing unnecessary verification plus the security was rude!
Random washing machine running and was noisy in our unit saying that they were cleaning internal laundry? Like hello this was not informed prior to check in.

Everything was clean & very cosy. All the basic things are provided. Near to all places of interest. Host was a superb chap also.

Loft concept Apartment with Cyberjaya Lake view. The host quite helpful & willing to come to pass us the mouse for android box & batteries for remotes.
1-Apartment comfy not as advertised. 2-From entry point Cyber Heights villa to the apartment,the road & environment quite creepy & dark. The building also quite old & not well taken. The back of the building also got abundant project,looks very creepy! 3-The elevator also not well maintened with weird sound. 4-Inside Unit: The curtain not blackout type,the loft in the morning,as a result exposing very bright sunshine,so hard to have peacefull sleep. The remote controls also,most of it don’t have batteries. Finally both the toilets not that clean & and both left with empty bottle body wash….very dissapointing.
