The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with amazing view of the bay. The whole house was very well equipped. The game room in the basement was so fun, providing activities for everyone. The garage also had so many toys to play with. House was pretty clean and spacious. The host is very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a very warm day when we arrived and the host had fans going by the windows in the house, but I still found it to be too stuffy and hot. The living room gets direct sunlight with very little airflow. All the bedrooms have windows that open so no problem staying cool in there. The beds are not the most comfortable either. I think it was too windy to use the gas fire pit on the desk because it kept going off. After having to reignite a couple times, we just gave up. The hot tub stopped working within minutes of use, and there was a loud screeching noise you could hear in the next door bedroom when master shower was in use. The host let me know that a technician is coming out to fix the hot tub and the screeching noise from the bathroom is normal. Again, he is very quick to respond and resolve any issues that may arise. Overall, my family enjoyed staying in this house. I might look for a place closer to the beach next time, but if you don’t mind driving to the beach and just want to enjoy the view from a distance, this house will be great.

Arrived late afternoon on sunny day. Inside home temp of 87 degrees and stuffy. No A/C so spent uncomfortable evening trying to evacuate warm air. Screen door inadequate to ventilate house. Other than difficulty of air flow, the Inside of home was very nice and comfortable for entire stay. Shortcomings were exterior of house with mold/mildew on eves, cob webs all over exterior, overgrown weeds around house, dining room chairs coming apart (I went to hardware store and bought allen wrench to tighten all legs of dining chairs), and refrigerator light out. The owners have been lax with home maintenance and I found this to be breach of expectation set as to the condition of the house as advertised on VRBO. Not worth the money charged for weeks long stay.

The hot tub was not working, the heater was out - this would have been an issue that we would overlook but they waited for us to contact them first - knowing it wasn't working and then proceeded to say there would be no refunds for amenities not working - not 'what can we do to make up for it?' just sorry, not sorry. The Game room was lacking items needed to play certain games and we had to wait until the second day for them to replace them. The fire pit was out of propane and then when delivered the next day - we realized the knob that is needed to keep it on was also missing. The property itself is gorgeous - so much potential for an amazing 5-star stay - but the property managers are piss-poor at best, argumentative, and condescending. I would not go back.

The property is wildly beautiful with a view even better than shown in the listing. My wife and two teens really enjoyed our first trip to Oregon. Oregon is the prettiest place I have ever been and I love the small towns up and down the beach. I wish I would have come here years ago.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Perfect place to recover from my shoulder surgery. My husband and I took our 21 & 24 year old daughters, 2 year old granddaughter and 7 year old nephew and it was perfect for all. The game room was a huge hit - we brought our x-box and there were epic pool, ping pong, foosball and video game competitions. Everyone had a space to relax and unwind and sitting on the lovely porch by the fire was my ultimate relaxation spot. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook fantastic meals. All in all a perfect 10!! Another amazing family vacation that we’ll remember always.

One word, perfect. The house was exactly as pictured with the exception that the view was even more spectacular in person. Quiet neighborhood that was easy to relax in and only a short drive to so many beautiful places. Would go again tomorrow.

The location of the home is great for the amazing views! There were a bunch of things that could be improved. The pillows were awful, there was no strainer for the big pasta dinner we had - just a very small one which made it difficult. No tinfoil and horrible cling wrap that was impossible to use. The house was rather hot as the thermostat was set to a winter setting, but Lonny the house manager came over to fix that. The driveway is a very steep pitch. The inside of the home was very nice, you cannot beat the views. The outside of the home was a little un-kept - could have swept the deck off and blew the pine-needles and leaves away from the front door. Lots of spider webs and algae on the exterior of the home and deck. The garbage was already half full when we arrived - the game room in the basement was super fun, but a little musty. The pepper was empty so only salt, but we found a place to buy some. We did a lot of day trips and All in all it was a great time.

What a wonderful house to rent if you are in this area. Accommodated our family of 7 quit well. Every space was enjoyed. Will definitely look to rent this property again. P.S. the shower in the master bedroom is a dream!

We stayed at this home for my husband's birthday Wed thru Sun. It was a wonderful place leaving us wanting for nothing more. The game room kept us quite busy with tournaments:) The hot tub in the garage was perfect for warming up after sitting on the porch. Thank you for a wonderful home where we enjoyed our get away.

We had a great stay here for our little winter get away. This house had everything we needed to stay inside nice and cozy while we played board games and took in the view.

This was an amazing property with an even better view! The house was clean, had plenty of space, and the game room was fantastic. Communication with the Property Management was easy and they were extremely responsive. We’ll definitely stay again!

This was horrible! By far the worst experience I've EVER had. Then to top it all off with the extremely poor customer service Sam provides. So the first morning there my 2 year old neice had a spider on her head. Kill it, move on. About an hour later my son runs in to tell us there's another spider on the wall. I go to smash it and what felt like slow motion I continue to look up and see 21+ spiders! Oh heck no! I immediately call doing the heebie geebie dance the entire time. Sam tells me she'll try and get someone out but it is the weekend. Now at this point I'm looking at any little spot, any little movement hoping its not more! I have goosebumps and in almost full on panic mode. There's no way I'm relaxing! And relaxing was the whole point of the trip. I ask and even beg to please get us out of the spider infested house. I was told this was a one time, issolated unforseen circumstance that happens sometimes and someone would be there soon (3 hours later). Unfortunately there was a tremendous amount of evidence that this was far from a one time issue (spider webs, dead spiders and other bugs from them spraying). A guy shows up and sprays something on the walls and ceiling and says it's all good now, there won't be anymore spiders and I wiped the webs.. I speak to the oh so phoney Sam once again asking for compensation for the extreme inconvenience, as this ruined our vacation and we weren't able to use the space as advertised. Along with that, Its posted in the home, email they sent and website that "We want your trip to be a 5 star experience, anything less than that and we feel like we have failed you." She asked for me to accept her apology and thanks for the feed back. The guy assured her the home was free of spiders so basically be happy with that. Well, long story short. We woke up to 5 more HUGE spiders and never were able to use the space as advertised and was offered no sort of compensation. This was absolutely horrible and I strongly suggest booking your stay with anyone but Itrip

What a fun and comfortable home. So quiet and relaxing! The management was quick to check on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was pleasant. Very well stocked kitchen. Thank you for helping us make memories that will last a lifetime

It was an amazing view!

We spent 4 days in Bay City, hiking, exploring the beaches and restaurants in town. This house was the perfect spot for us. We loved the view from the deck. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and made it easy to cook up the food we purchased at the fish peddler, just down the hill from the house. We would highly recommend this house and this town to explore the Oregon coast

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We are two families with four total teenagers. The hot tub and downstairs game room were a big hit with the teens. Lovely, emmaculately clean place with tons of light and comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed walking down to Bay City and tooling around the antique shop. Also did the rail line bike-car trip. Teens got a kick out of it. Place very close drive to nice beaches, hiking, lighthouse whale watching...we just scratched the surface of all the places we could have explored.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in this beautiful house situated on a hill overlooking Tilamook Bay. The house is spacious and airy with a commanding view of the coast. All of the rooms were clean with well-appointed amenities. The wrap around deck has a grill and fire pit for relaxing at the end of the day. We would recommend property to anyone planning on staying the area.

Wow. After 3 nights at this home I realize how much I needed this. We came here to commemorate what would've been my little brother's 40th birthday. It was just what the doctor ordered. WE NAILED IT weather-wise. Absolutely gorgeous weather. The house was perfect. The views - perfect. I was a happy mama!!! My daughter did not sleep well on the twin bunk bed - she ended up sleeping on the couch for comfort. We will absolutely be back!!

We used Bay City to meet up with our nephew's family including two pre-teen boys. The downstairs playroom was a great space for the young while the adults had time for adult converatation upstairs. The house is large and well organized. Beach and many restaurants just minutes away. The bay view is breathtaking all day and evening long. Very quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again.

Our trip was so much fun! The house was super clean, and had a beach vibe. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, to cook big family meals. They thought of everything. My husband is a gourmet cook, and he was so happy with the amount of dishes and pots and pans. My adult children were able to kayak and see harbor seals. We also enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and other games. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks for a memorable time!

Our stay at this property was amazing! As you can see from the listing photos, the views are gorgeous but in person they are even more stunning. I could have stayed forever! The kitchen is well stocked with more than enough dishes, silverware and pots and pans. There is even an instant pot, rice cooker and a margarita machine, which are nice extras to have. The kids loved the downstairs game room and were kept occupied for hours playing pool, ping pong and foosball. We will definitely be back!

My husband, his parents and our 4 year old daughter stayed at this house for three nights. The accommodations were perfect. The grandparents had their own room, our daughter had a large room with her pick or three beds and my husband and I had our own room. The garage had a hot tub and seating area, and tons of yard games. The game room in the basement was so fun and it was nice to have a tv where our daughter could watch her shows. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with things we didn’t even know we needed! Our only suggestion would be to bring sleeping masks since the beautiful views and wonderful windows bring in a lot of natural light. The view in the living room is amazing and worth all the money! Thanks for providing this amazing house that is nicely decorated, well stocked and thought out well for family fun.
