We came to town for a dance convention at the Denaina Convention Center. It's a 90-second walk from door to door. This made the really busy convention so much more comfortable. The kids could zip back to eat, rest, and just get away from the crowds when needed. It was in a very safe area and the entrance was secure.The space was beautifully appointed. The bedrooms were comfy and the living and dining rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were brand new. The host furnished lots of bathroom amenities so we didn't need to buy anything. They had a no-fee on-site laundry. Free onsite parking made this a much cheaper option than neighboring hotels, even those with convention discounts. There were dozens of shops and restaurants to choose from. We are foodies and ate really well in the area and never walked more than 3 minutes...no joke! The 5th Ave mall is a 4-minute walk. There is a concert hall across from the convention center that has Broadway tours lined up along with other concerts and such.The check-in and out was really quick and easy. Communication was perfect. Loved the host who offered lots of info and was just lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay, unfortunately we had to leave early but the place is very clean. Host is very responsive, I would definitely stay here again. Don’t hesitate you won’t regret it.

The apartment is very clean, stylish, and in super convenient location. The host Mary is very responsive and friendly. Staying in this beautiful place definitely made our trip more enjoyable.

Booked this for a birthday trip for my daughter. Picked it for the locoation and price. However, this was an unexpected jewel!!! So clean and all the normal expected amenities X 2. I can't think of ANYTHING we might have needed which wasn't provided. The quality of the unit and all the furnishings were stellar. Mary (the property manager) was a gem and helped make our stay a 7star experience!

This place was so nice. Everything was top notch and super clean. Great amenities and fantastic bed and shower. The host had all the lights on and fireplace warmed up before we got there. The host was super responsive to answer questions. The location is perfect too. Tons of walkable food options close by. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

lovely apartment with all things you could use, easy to move around the area from the apartment, downside, there were no windows to let in fresh air, couldn't leave front door open as on main footpath and not overally safe, many drug users sat outside the apartment and were noisy and ignored the signs in place, the only other problem we had was the airconditioning, it is controlled by the restaurant next door in the parts of the apartment, so it was strong at certain times and unable to adjust, had a cold draft blowing until midnight in the bedrooms, Mary the owner tried to get it sorted but unfortunately had no luck. Mary has made the apartment very comfortable and was helpful

Great location and communication w hosts. Good restaurants around and museums and shuttle at Visitors Center to Alaska Native Heritage Center is around the corner. Amazing museum inside and outside - really worth visiting!

Mary was a perfect host. She was very helpful and it was easy to communicate with her. The apartment was fully equipped and in an excellent shape. Next time we will defintely stay here again.

Great Anchorage Stay
Fabulous stay in the Anchorage apartment. It was beautiful, clean, well equipped and in the perfect location to explore Anchorage on foot. But when we needed a spot for a rental car it had that too. We were all happy with our choice and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this apartment again.

This was a super clean, beautifully outfitted apartment. Every thoughtful amenity is there. The location is ideal for downtown - walkable to all sorts of shopping, dining, and entertainment - just a block or two from the train station and the Tony Knowles Bike Trail.

This is by far the nicest B and B we’ve ever stayed at.
Spotlessly clean, excellent architectural taste and a cozy yet modern feel.
Great location with downtown restaurants, amenities and nightlife.
We will no doubt be back to stay again.

The experience was so amazing that I decided to return to Anchorage for Christmas and stay at the same place. The location is incredible, the apartment is gorgeous, and the owners are the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. I highly recommend staying here!

I did not have a rental car during my stay and the area was easily walkable. For those more distant locations, it was also easy to obtain Uber/ Lyft. Mary was an extremely attentive host, I definitely plan to stay again during my next visit to Anchorage!

This home in Anchorage ranks up there with among the best we have ever stayed in. It’s in a fantastic, walkable location, has convenient reserved parking, was extremely clean and had everything that you could possibly need for your comfort and convenience. The king bed is extremely comfortable and while we didn’t use the secondary bedroom, it was very cozy. The only possible thing that is missing is a washer/dryer. We will definitely stay here again.

Great downtown Anchorage location
Had a great stay at this unit for our latest business trip. The interior and furnishings are all brand new. Very clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you could need for cooking. Management was onsite to answer any questions and provide additional capabilities such as laundry access. Within walking distance to good restaurants. Would stay again.
