We had a wonderful stay here! Having the games and hot tub was wonderful with our 4 grandchildren! The house was perfect for us!

Our entire family spent the weekend at this great house. We had plenty of room for all 6 of us to have our own space. Plenty of eating, relaxing and sleeping space for all of us. Close to everything we wanted as well. Owner was quick to respond to the only minor request we had as well. Will definitely be back.

Great long weekend with friends at this house outside of Nashville. The location is close enough to get to downtown and enjoy the city. It is also in a quiet neighborhood ~25 minutes from downtown on the water. The house had a fantastic game room with a poker table, dart board, and video arcade that were all great. There is a hot tub and great outdoor area. A great place to stay.

Great location with access to all things Nashville. Plenty of rooms for our group. Very well maintained. Direct access to the lake and lake activities. Peaceful neighborhood and surrounding areas. Thank you for a great memory.

What an amazing house! This place had everything and I mean everything we possibly needed to make our stay perfect! Check in was super smooth and easy too. From the hot tub, game room, kayaks, super comfy bedrooms, all kitchen necessities and the amazing game room we had everything we needed. We started our mornings out with coffee outside over looking the lake and almost every morning we had deer run through the backyard. We had already rented a pontoon for our stay but I think it may have been possible for us to use the boat already at the house. The lake is beautiful and we loved pulling the boat up to eat at Sam’s Grill (good food too). We brought our own water tube but Steve said we were welcome to use his. Our sons enjoyed the kayaks and fishing. We made meals and used the grill to make steaks one night. We had a blast playing poker, darts and the video games (Pac-Man/ donkey kong/ frogger). We loved being so close to Nashville and went into the city several times. It really is a great location, you can live the lake life by day and check out Nashville at night. Steve really is so accommodating and available and we are so thankful that he shared his beautiful home with us.

Wonderful, great location with so many fun things to do!!

We stayed with our family, including three small children. The house is really unique, it had tons of amenities for the kids to keep them busy. Not to mention, an amazing outdoor area. Having a vacation rental myself, I immediately recognized all of the amenities and features that were offered to us at this house. In addition, Steve was wonderful to work with. We were far enough outside of Nashville to not get caught up in the hustle, and bustle, but close enough to take a quick trip into town when we wanted to. We used the pontoon boat, and the JetSki, and, of course, the hot tub daily. Sleeping accommodations were perfect, , bath towels were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with all that we needed, a coffee pot, Insta pot, and all of the other niceties one could want. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone interested in staying in Tennessee! Thank you!!

My family joined another family for an awesome five day vacation at this lake house. There was more than enough space for everybody. We rented the boat relaxed in the Jacuzzi and enjoyed the beautiful lakefront view. Easy Uber ride into downtown Nashville for the adults and the kids loved fishing off the pier and enjoying all of the Amenities. It was the perfect place to retreat to. Steve was such an amazing host. Always available for any questions. We will be back for sure!
