We had a wonderful stay. I love this condo! My next trip to Gulf Shores I will be trying to rent here again.

Great location. Great views. We used the workout room and pool table. Clean condo. Everything worked great.

Pros: The view was amazing. The condo was comfortable, clean, and good sized. A vacuum cleaner was available to get up any sand tracked in during the stay. Laundry is available in the condo.
Cons: The paper supplies are enough to get through a couple of days, as described. They are single ply and not the best quality. Towels are thin, but plentiful (there were only two of us). Parking was a bit confusing, as was the wristband requirement.
Head up - the corridor to the condo front door is open air, so if you are afraid of heights, this might be a consideration.
We did not end up using the extra tickets to various activities, the Alexa, or any of the TVs, so I cannot rate them.

This rental is well worth the price. Easy check-in. Beach facing. Oversized balcony. Pool/hot-tub access. Beach access. Full kitchen with appliances. Washer/Dryer. Spacious.
Like other reviews have stated, the only “inconveniences” were appliance related (subpar dryer, batteries missing or low in some remotes, ice machine motor going out, light bulbs going out). But at the end of the day, it is a rental and work around existed for everything I listed above.
Would HIGHLY recommend this rental.

Love the layout of the condo and the corner room it was the best place I have stayed so far the few was breath taking the price was a little high but it was all good thanks again 😁

This is the second time we have stayed at crystal shores west, first time at this unit. We love this place because of its location and views from balconies and bedroom windows! Every room gets this luxury, not just the master! That la what I live about it.
This property could do with maintenance on dryer and the beds are extremely firm. It has a lot of furnishings in kitchen to cook with. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Top spot!

Coffee cups were not washed but placed in the cabinet, hair left in the shower and on towels. There was no plug in the bathtub so you couldn't take a bath and bed pillows need to be replaced. Other than those minor cleaning and maintenance issues, it is a beautiful unit. Only one elevator was in service which led to longer wait times.

We loved our stay at Crystal Shores West! The unit was very clean. Every room had a great view! We couldn't have asked for a better getaway!

We loved it. A lot of places near by the condo to eat and a small grocery store right there.
The Condo was really super nice. We did the Umbrella and chair rental which was great to do, since we don't have to worry about putting anything up, but bring the beach bag.
We would definitely come back again.

Nice and clean, great location. The worst part was being next to the trash chute. It stunk as we would walk in, but did not stink inside the condo. Would stay here again.

The corner balcony is big, but only has 4 chairs.....could use more chairs.
The dryer could be looked at.....takes forever to dry and makes a noise on a certain cycle.
But would still book here again!!

We had a great time at the condo. Not much within walking distance and if you don’t have a car there hardly any transportation taxi, Uber, Lyft to get you anywhere.

This condo was very pretty and clean with spectacular views! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The only minor drawback was the elevator (no fault of the owner!). The building has 2 elevators but only 1 was functional during our visit.

We had a great view of the gulf from the 11th floor. The condo was very nice and served all of our needs. We we close to the restaurants. We would highly recommend this condo.

Best Condo unit in the area
This unit was spacious and clean. Beautiful views, wonderful management. The condo didn’t lack for anything. Cabinets are fully stocked with all the kitchen gadgets and utensils you would need. We have stayed in several units up and down this beach and this unit was the best so far. Walking distance from restaurants and night life. Definitely a five star rating from our families.

Thanks for a lovely week, 1101! We’ve stayed in many CSW units over the years, and this is a favorite. Redecorated this spring to calming yet beachy decor, the touches were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances all worked well. Everything was squeaky clean at check in. We love the east corner rooms as the balcony wraps around the pool side. No better place to watch the 4th of July fireworks!

Beautiful Views
The place was perfect! It accommodated 9 of us (2 were children). It had access to everything we wanted to do within a couple of miles. The beach was not crowded and was very clean with thick, soft, white sands. The room had gorgeous views, especially being on a corner we could see all around and over the outdoor pool. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious.

This condo was perfect ! We had 6 adults in our group and we all had plenty of space. Our view was unbelievable!
The condo was very up to date and clean. The location is perfectly located , it’s an easy drive to all the shops, our favorite restaurants and the Outlet Mall! We felt at home in this condo and will definitely stay there again!!!
