Our 6-member family stayed at Mareazul just outside Playa del Carmen for 4 nights in February. We picked the place because of a recommendation by a friend and were not disappointed. The place was very clean, calm and the apartment was very spacious as well as the complex being very safe. We enjoyed the beach and it was great to have a restaurant onsite, with the one closer to the beach having just opened. A few minor things that could make it even better: the modular sofa is pretty uncomfortable to sit in. It would be great to have shower gel and shampoo in the bathrooms, as well as a few more essentials such as laundry detergent and kitchen cloths.

The staff, location, amenities and quality of the home was perfect. We had a great time, easy access to the beach, amazing swimming pools, great on site restaurants, well staffed with security personal. We would definitely return again, and really enjoyed our stay.
