The cabin was so clean and comfortable. The location was quiet for enjoying porch time right on the water. Sitting outside was heaven! We loved every about this perfect cabin!

Nice place, great location on west shore of Lake Gogebic. Love watching the sunrise over the lake with my coffee.
Both bedrooms could use a bedside lamp.
Google maps had trouble giving directions.

Although the weather did not cooperate for kayaking or fishing (high of 64 degrees / rain / windy), we had a great time relaxing and enjoying the peacefulness of the resort. The cabin was clean & had all the necessities needed for the week. Met a few nice people who are seasonal to the resort as well. We may make this an annual trip! :)

The cabin was ok, not the cleanest VRBO property I have stayed at.
The parking situation was terrible. If you only have one car and keep your boat on the dock than you may be ok. Lake Gogebic has only small walleye in it so we decided to pull our boat and fish other lakes in the area. Then the problems started. You are required to park your boat and trailer across the road and then you can't charge your boat batteries each night. Very inconvenient. Also the mosquitoes were horrible this time of year. We will not be back and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Great place to stay with lake access. Husbands fished the ice fishing tournament and the ladies stayed at the cottage and enjoyed some peace and quite. We were all comfortable and everything was as listed.

Cabin was great.. grill cover was broke.. emailed owner and was never contacted.. good thing no one was injured!

We enjoyed staying at Sunnyside resort. The cottage had everything we needed. We enjoyed being so close to the lake. There was a hiking trail close by. We also spent a day at the Porcupine Mountains State Park and a day traveling north to Copper Harbor. The sunrises were gorgeous

5 stars but…..
I’ll start off by saying the Cabin was very nice and clean, if you’ve stayed in the yoop before you know that can be a risk factor haha Things to consider though for winter stays… truck and trailer parking is about 150 yards from your cabin across M-64 (low traffic), Cabin entrance doesn’t really accommodate truck and trailer turn around for unloading or much parking room alone due to snow, so I’d recommend unhooking across the street before heading down to your place to unload gear. We made it work but someone with little towing experience would have difficulties getting turned around. If your traveling with friends, 3rd bed listed in description is a pull out couch so draw straws ahead of time. Other than that we really enjoyed it. Gogebic lodge is about a mile north so you’ll have very close meal options without heading into Bessemer or Ironwood. Great little bait shop right next to the cabins so if your here to fish that’s a bonus. With all that said I’d highly recommend this VRBO.
