My four friends and I adored this house in Clarksville! It was very clean and had every amenity we needed - including a hot tub (that was already heated when we arrived). We enjoyed the beautiful backyard for drinks and snacks, and even used the turf area for workouts. The house is cutely decorated and the property manager responded to every question within minutes. The check-in and check-out process was one of the easiest I've ever experienced when renting a house. The location was also perfect for our group. We could easily walk to Josephine's for breakfast, the grocery store, and coffee shop. Otherwise, we took short Uber rides into the city for dinner or shopping. The neighborhood was trendy and felt safe at all times. I highly recommend this gem of a house in Austin!

The house is very well maintained and clean. Loved the floor plan and having 3 bathrooms.....one for each bedroom. One warning, the driveway and neighborhood roads are very narrow and parking for 3 cars is a big challenge. There is a metal retaining edge along the yard that destroyed the front of our car because we turned too short. The owners posted a sign however, if a car is parked in the carport, then the sign is not visible. Be careful.

We stayed at this home while we were back in town visiting family & friends. It was a typical hot summer week with 95'F+ weather, which we were expecting. The home overall was great, except during our last 2 days. The AC stopped cooling the home. We had a member of the team come by to check with AC unit and confirmed everything was working fine. We set the AC unit to 70'F and the house temperature was reading 77'F & 75' F during the last 2 evenings. I would've been fine with that, however 77'F & 75'F is not an ideal temperature to sit nor sleep in. I was told that 72'F is a comfortable temperate to sleep in by a member from the team, which was not pleasant. The managing group said that they are having HVAC company come to check the unit & make sure its working. I hope everything is working because staying at a great home while burning up isn't how a family wants to spend their vacation.

Beautiful house, great location, excellent hosts/great communication

Our stay at this house was great! Check in and out were easy, Ollie was so helpful, and everything was clean and easy to use. We loved the decorations in the upstairs bedrooms. I would definitely recommend staying here!

My fiancé and I loved staying at this home. Not only is it a beautiful home with an amazing backyard, the location can not be beat. The communication between the property managers was perfect as well.

Was in town for my nephews wedding and the house was amazing. Even better in person than in the pictures.
