Everything was just beautiful. The condo was immaculately clean and very beautiful. The beach was amazing and the water crystal clear. Winnie is a great host. Only downside, was there is really only one store in the area, but other than that, it was a little slice of paradise. Fred the taxi driver is super great as well.

There were four adults in our group that wanted to get a trip in before the end of summer. Winnie is a gem to work with! She was easily available for any questions and extremely helpful. Never being here before she had suggestions and knew people to call. The place was immaculate and very comfortable to stay. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend this place!! Was great! Clean, beautiful and roomy.

Winnie’s place is terrific and is exactly like the photo. The place was fully stocked with everything you would need. Having the pool right in front of the house is super convenient. The only small issue is that the beach is a bit far away to walk when it is 95 degrees. But the drive is only a couple minutes and there is almost no one on it. The whole complex is quiet and relaxing. If you want to go on a fun adventure, book something with Captain Owen.

Winnie the owner (who lives in Palm Cay) met us and set us up in the property. House is spotless! And we also were able to rent golf carts for our stay too. The beach club and restaurant are great and perfect for families. Her driver Alfred also took us where we needed to go through our stay.! Highly recommend.

Our stay at Winnie and Reto's place was amazing. As other reviews mentioned the photos do not do their place justice. The high ceilings, spacious rooms, stocked kitchen, covered patio and the beautiful decor around the unit make for a very inviting space to relax and enjoy. Having the pool just steps out the door was an added bonus. Since we went during the rainy season we would wait for breaks in the storms and throw our bathing suits on and jump in the pool. Winnie and Reto were fantastic hosts. Quick to reply and respond to any requests or questions we had. We rented a car from Reto and would recommend this option to others as well. They had Frank (personal Taxi driver) pick us up and drop us off at the airport at no extra cost. Frank was always on time and full of knowledge about the island. We highly recommend purchasing the extra amenities from the welcome centre that provide access to the beach, lap pool, and beach bar. Without it you would be pretty limited in what you can do. The beach is well maintained, raked for seaweed every morning. Our only complaint is the staff there are not very welcoming and often seemed annoyed if we asked for anything. This area is fast developing and will be very luxurious once complete. But in the meantime it is under construction. This did not bother us as the unit is far enough away from the construction sites that the noise wasn't too noticeable. Overall, we highly recommend staying here. Winnie's place will not disappoint!

The pictures on Winnie's website are beautiful but when we got there I didn't imagine it to be as beautiful as it was in person! It is immaculate and well stocked. If you are considering renting the electric golf cart, I highly recommend it. We were able to drive a maximum 2 miles away from the unit with the golf cart because it could only go up to a certain amount of mph. We were able to drive it to the beach that was not too far. The grocery store called "Solomons" is just a couple of blocks away from the unit so having the golf cart made it convenient for picking up groceries. You park it just like a regular vehicle. They have a restaurant in Palm Cay called the Pink Octopus which we ordered some to-go items but Winnie had all of the cookware to make food which we found to be economic for us. The only thing is that she did not have a rice cooker, but she had all of the teflon pots in all sizes which was not a problem at all to cook rice. The pool is honestly right outside of the door. Perfect for taking a dip in the pool. Winnie was so thorough with showing us around the unit and even letting us know that it is recommended not to drink the water which may cause some stomach issues so we made sure we bought water at Solomons. Solomons has everything that you could find in any grocery store. Sign up for discount card. It takes 2 seconds. We were able to log in to Winnie's smart tv's with our Netflix and she has smart tv's in every room. I have more to say... to be continued

We all loved our stay at this villa. It is beautifully decorated and well equipped for all of your needs. We appreciated Winnie coming and introducing us to the villa and property. She was also quickly responsive to one little issue. The Palm Cay Beach Club and Marina we found to be a very peaceful place to stay with spa like amenities. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. It is worth upgrading to the private beach and pool. We can’t say enough about the Villa, property and Winnie & Reto. It was a memorable trip for our family and we are looking forward to returning soon.

Second time renting from Winnie at Palm Cay and she of course did not disappoint. Villa is lovely and spotless. Palm Cay is very pretty and tranquil. Pass for the private beach is worth it. Pink Octopus food was great. Solomans grocery store and liquor store next door is great. Pool outside your front door was very convenient and enjoyable. In downtown Nassau Green Parrot , Greycliff and Wild Thyme also great. All staff we dealt with at Palm Cay and in restaurants and stores very nice and helpful.

Our experience staying in Palm Cay at this 3-bedroom condo was amazing! Winnie and Reto provided our family with exceptional customer service and professionalism. They arranged a cab service for us to and from the airport with Fred (the driver). Fred was outstanding and provided us with some history on the Bahamas. The condo was perfect for our family of four. We stayed for 7 days and had no issues at all. We were able to cook in the beautiful kitchen and do laundry so we could travel back home with clean clothes. The beach was only a 1 minute drive away and we were also able to enjoy the pool located right outside of the condo. Winnie and Reto provided us with several great restaurant recommendations, excursions, and even provided coloring books and games for the kids. We highly recommend staying at this property and look forward to returning in the future! Thank you Winnie and Reto!

The unit was very clean, beautiful, and very well equipped. It was also perfect for our kids. It was stocked with board games and had a pool just steps off of the patio. It was also within minutes from a local grocery store and with 20-30 minutes driving distance from most major tourist sites (Atlantis, Baha Mar, Queen's Staircase, etc.). Winnie was also a fantastic host.

This condo did not disappoint! It was extremely clean, in a perfect location and had everything a family could need. Winne thought of everything! We rented the golf cart to go to the grocery store and to the beach and it added such a fun element to the vacation! Fred the taxi driver is the best. He knows everything about the island and was extremely prompt. The beach was great - you can snorkel right off the beach and see lots of fish. It was the perfect family getaway and we cant wait to go back. Thank you, Winnie!

This property is new and beautiful. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach and water were absolutely amazing, crystal clear and warm. The full kitchen was great and we were able to use fully the amenities.

First of all, there are no false descriptions of this property. Everything was exactly as stated. You cannot ask for a better host than Winnie. If you have any questions or concerns, she is very quick with an answer. Having the pool right outside your door is so nice as that is where we spent a good share of our time soaking up the sun. We also enjoyed some beverages and the food at the Pink Octopus. We only had one issue and that was minor, but still annoying, was the fact that the bartender at the tiki bar would not wait on us, so we left. One thing that cannot be left out is our recommended driver, Fred. The man is so nice and very reliable. We went to the Baha-Mar for our anniversary and Fred gave us a ride back in the evening. He drove back along the coastline and gave us a little island history along the way. He is the BEST! Overall, a very nice property and resort. Thank you Winnie, Rick and Patty

We were looking for a relaxing beach vacation and we found it in the Palm Cay community. Winne's place is lovely and we enjoyed coming back to a well-appointed, comfortable and roomy condo after each day's excursion. The set up of the gated community is very convenient, beautiful and low-key and isn't as overwhelming as staying in a huge resort. We used the beach club every day, either at the beginning or end of the day, while exploring other parts of Nassau. We rented a car, which was helpful to have since we enjoyed going the downtown area of Nassau for variety. We ended up driving to the beach club from Winnie's house nearly every time since there's plenty of parking at the club area, but the few times we walked to the beach, it wasn't that far. We also loved having the community pool right outside our door on mornings we wanted a quick swim before we started our day. We bought groceries from Solomon's (which closes at 7pm on Sunday's - FYI if you're checking in on a Sunday) and ate some meals at home and others at Pink Octopus and downtown Nassau. Also, listen to Winnie when she tells you how to protect yourself from mosquitos (they are everywhere outside, though you can't see them). We did not listen and got eaten up alive! Despite the mosquito bites, I cannot recommend this place and this community enough if you're looking for a chilled, laid-back beach vacation with family.

This property is perfect for a nice, relaxing vacation in Nassau. We loved having the space of the home, in addition to the resort amenities that we purchase for the week. I would definitely recommend renting the golf cart to get to and from the beach and the grocery store (especially if you have small kids). The home was very clean and Winnie was very responsive and helpful. We ate mostly within the resort but utilized her favorite driver (Fred) for transportation off property. I highly recommend this property and location!

Our family of four had the best vacation at Winnie's condo. We enjoyed 9 days here and left wanting more. The condo looks brand new and is sparkling clean. We had plenty of space and enjoyed having the front porch and pool outside our door. The beach is 5-10 minute walk and is absolutely gorgeous. We paid for the beach club membership and rented the golf cart to go and get our groceries. We also used Fred any time we went on an outing. We enjoyed a day at Atlantis and a day at Rose Island swimming with the pigs. One night we dined at Latitudes and I highly recommend the restaurant. Having the Pink Octopus restaurant onsite was amazing too. We can't wait to return to Bahamas and would definitely stay here again. Winnie is the best host!

We booked this while in Nassau as our first place was not what we expected and we decided not to stay. I was unfamiliar with the eastern part of the island but Palm Cay is fantastic! So thankful that Winnie had availability and we instantly felt rescued. I am just sorry we couldn't have stayed longer. Everything about this place is a 10/10. Can hardly wait to go back

This place was perfect. I took my family for my birthday. The condo and amenities had everything we needed plus more. The condo is gorgeous. The beach was my favorite. And the pool is literally right outside the front door. It was a gated community. So, I felt safe allowing my 3 teenage daughters to walk around freely. Winnie was amazing, there was never a lack in communication. Overall, I highly recommend this location. This has nothing to do with the host or her condo but warning, the property is pretty big. Walking to the beach was about a 15 minute walk. I recommend renting the golf cart provided by the host. There is no market on site, so stop for food before you arrive. And whatever you do, do not rent the Bird scooters. I ended up paying $60 for two 15 minute uses.

Our family of 6 stayed for 5 nights at Winnie’s condo. It was perfect! We loved the set up and property. We rented the golf cart and paid for access to the additional amenities. We are at the restaurant multiple times (lunch and dinner) and everyone in our party loved it - staff was amazing. Biggest highlight of the trip was our driver Fred - other have left rave reviews and I understand why - he made our trips off property super easy - he is very knowledgeable and friendly. When we arrived our group was starving and Fred took us to the sweetest brunch spot - it started our whole trip off right. We will highly recommend this condo and location - we will for sure be coming back!

The hosts were so attentive and understanding. They always answered our messages quickly and the property is immaculate. One of the very best rentals we have ever stayed in. Great vacation location if you do not want to be around all of the hustle and bustle. We also rented a golf cart from them which totally made our trip carefree. Finally the recommended taxi driver named Fred was a pleasure to ride with and was very attentive and timely. Thanks for a great trip!

The property is located in a beautiful quiet haven on the southern eastern coast of Providence Island. It's the opposite of Nassau, Paradise Island and so many other resorts. You will have the opportunity to get to know the staff and other guests . . . by the way, such a valuable experience! Really no need to leave the private community unless you want to! The market is just around the corner and quite extensive. As a family of five consisting of 3 large teenage boys, we cooked at home and ate out. Favorite dining spots . . . Pink Octopus located on the water ~ great EVERYTHING; Syrah Cellar Cafe in Nassau ~ fabulous food and wine AND parking; and don't miss the Dockside Cafe in the marina! Winnie is amazing ~ fabulous hostess!

My family and I had an amazing time at the property. Everything you need was at the apartment and a grocery store was literally 5 minutes away on the main road. The host Winifred was very awesome as well. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Unit was the perfect size for our 6 person getaway. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. Owners were delightful and extremely responsive with any inquires we had. They offered great recommendations for restaurants, shopping and fresh lobster. Recommend utilizing the golf cart for driving to the beach and for your shopping needs. At this time, there is still quite a bit of development and construction in Palm Cay so it can be noisy at times in the unit and by the beach. Beach area and beach club were smaller than anticipated but was still very nice. Servers were friendly but service was slow at both the pink octopus and the beach bar throughout the week; however, the cocktails were delicious. If you need a taxi or driver, Fred is definitely your guy. We so enjoyed our time with him that we invited him to lunch on our last day. I recommend this unit for anyone looking for a calm and relaxing getaway.

My family of 5 (three kids), my mom and I, greatly enjoyed our stay at Palm Cay! We arrived at Palm Cay after staying at Atlantis. The condo was extremely clean and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing board games, having breakfast on the porch and going to the beach. We also really liked Winnie. As much as we'd like to give this location a 5 star review, there were a couple of details that fell short. First, this location is about 30 minutes away from downtown, not 15 minutes a shown in the description. We rented a car and easily drove up to the Palm Cay beach, but if you don't have a car it would take about 15 minutes to walk. Furtheremore, the beach at Palm Cay is small-it's essentially two coves and it wasn't as pretty as the beaches on Paradise Island. One of the cove's is for members only and there's a $27 fee per person, per day to have access to the main cove, a lounge and an adults only lap pool. The other beach cove is free, but the non-members entrance to the cove was narrow, uninviting, full of old furniture and there weren't any loung chairs is this section (felt more like we were entering through the back door). This was a huge miss for us. Also, keep in mind there's a fee for each activity, such as paddle boardding and kayaking. Finally, as we were checking out we were told to take our time and still checked out on time, but as we left the house, the next family checking in was waiting outside the door. This made it extremely uncomfortable for our family.

If you have the chance to stay here, grab it and don't miss out. Best host, incredibly clean and nice home, well stocked kitchen, games (which our family absolutely utilized), TVs in every room, pool directly in front of the home so can watch the kids swim while relaxing on the balcony, and the Palm Cay property amenities are awesome too - beautiful private beach, restaurant, fitness center, cafe with Starbucks, etc. If we ever get to come back, we would definitely stay here again. Host responded to any questions within minutes and left us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary - so sweet! Highly recommend, best experience possible!

Beautiful comfortable villa in the upmarket Palm Cats area - Wini is a sweetheart

We were there for the Bahamas bowl game and this was a perfect place to stay. The place was gorgeous, and was close to the water so we were able to walk to the beach. The hostess was fantastic and gave us all the information we needed about the home and the area. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Great condo, very clean and felt like home. Traveled with 4 children and had a great time! Will be back!
