The property was even nicer than the photos. Owners we’re extremely responsive and check in was a breeze . We are usually apprehensive when getting to a new VRBO. No need to be that way here. The house is spotless and is equipped with literally everything you could possible need , just pack your clothes and enjoy.

Ron and Angie could not control the weather (30s overnight and 60s during the day) so we did not have the warm, pool-centered week we had hoped for, but the house was lovely-- spacious and clean-- and had everything that the four of us needed. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful both in advance of and during our stay.

Great place for swimming, grilling and dining around the firepit table. Comfortable huge master bedroom and ample space for guests.

The property was very clean and had everything my family needed. We enjoyed hiking, shopping and restaurants in the area. The neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay again.

We were so impressed with this house and the ownership when we stayed for 11 days last April, that we wanted to stay here again for this 8 day stay in November. Fortunately the house was available, and we were able to make the reservation for this trip. We had a great time golfing and visiting friends in the Surprise/Scottsdale area, all while staying in a fabulous house close to all our activities. Thank you very much, Ron and Angie! Steve

We wanted to give our grandchildren a wonderful vacation and this house helped make our mini vacation so much better! The hosts were very nice and our family really appreciated “the extras”. You can tell this property is well cared for. The whole family loved everything about the house.

The house was nice. The beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet. The food store and gas station is in close proximity. The area is too far from the Grand Canyon which was the purpose of for my stay.

This little house feels like a home away from home. This trip wasn't planned, as it was due to a family emergency, but coming home to this house, instead of crowded hotel, really helped keep the stress level in check, plus we had our own pool!! I will say that the little doggy door in the Master Bathroom lets a lot of heat and the sheer curtains don't feel very private when you turn on the light at night, so we mostly kept this door closed and used the guest bathroom. It has a better shower anyway. It was a really easy check in, and the house was spotless!! Thank you for making a difficult trip a little bit easier. Sincerely, Jessica

Property was immaculate and owner clearly works hard to maintain the property. Pool was a bit dirty due to high winds and possible malfunctioning skimmer, but owner responded immediately to remedy issue. We had a great stay, and plan to return on our next trip to Arizona.

We found this property to be sparkling clean with lots of amenities including a top-rated patio area and pool. It is located in a newer, quiet neighborhood and within easy driving distance of lots of sites and activities. All the appliances including washer/dryer were clean and in top running condition. The house was well supplied to get us started right away and owner was highly responsive. We hope to visit again!!

We had a very nice time at this residence. Our only wish is that there would have been more of some items. Silverware and sheets were a little less than desired. House is kept in great shape and the outside area is very nice. Would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Mountain Vista Ranch. It was very convenient with access to W. Bell Road and W Greenway Road. The Kitchen, Dining, and Living area open floor plan worked well for cooking and talking while relaxing in the morning and evening. It was definitely nice to have front load washer and dryer for doing laundry.

Ron and Angie went above and beyond making us feel at home . House is easy to enjoy with comfortable beds, great well stocked kitchen and quiet private beautiful yard and pool . We were busy with elderly mother residing in Sun City so didn’t get to take advantage of the pool and back as much as we would have liked . Distance to Sun City back and forth twice daily was very doable as well , We hope to stay again in Ron and Angie’s lovely home when visiting the area . Thanks to our hosts for making this visit easy and comfortable .

This place is definitely a five star property. We came to play in an October USTA Nationals event for our team which was a happy occasion and this house did not disappoint. We had three adult couples stay at the house for three nights and we were extremely comfortable. It is not the biggest house you could rent but for six close friends, it was just the right size. There are only two bathrooms so two of the couples had to share a bathroom but the bathroom was not small and was extremely clean and beautiful for a secondary bathroom. The rest of the house is very clean and felt like it was almost brand new. The kitchen is gorgeous with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. The owners were kind to have welcome snacks for us. The kitchen is well stocked with some tea, coffee, sugar, salt and all of the kitchen things you would have at your own house, including an instant hot water dispenser. There is a little starter detergent to do a couple loads of laundry. The backyard is welcoming to sit at the covered outdoor table with six chairs in the evening. There is a pool that is not heated but warm enough for one of us to jump in a couple times and say it was refreshing. The rest of us felt it was too cold to jump in but nice enough for us to spend a couple hours around the pool with our feet in the pool talking and having a good time. Overall, I would say that this is an amazing house and I would definitely stay here again and tell any of my friends to stay here if they needed a place in Surprise. The owners have done a great job.
