We had a wonderful time staying at this home. It provided plenty of room for our family and friends to gather, relax and enjoy the amazing views of the lake. We stayed here while on a ski trip to crystal mountain.

Had a wonderful weekend stay on Crystal Lake. Home is beautiful. Everything you will need is available in the house. Comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Beach is great, even in October. Views from every room. Plenty of things to do nearby without getting caught up in the go, go, go. Loved it.

We have been vacationing in Northern MI every summer for the past 25 years, and with young grandchildren, this was the perfect place to be this summer. The house offered beautiful lake views with amazing sunsets as well as an incredible beach. There was lots of place for the entire family to spread out, and every room was immaculate and well appointed to meet all our needs. The kayaks, canoe and paddleboard provided were a welcome addition which everyone enjoyed tremendously, as well as the outdoor shower. Additionally, the easy walk to the town of Beulah and ready access to the Betsie Valley Bike trail was another wonderful benefit to this location. We truly loved this property and will look forward to returning again.

Four generations of our family returned to “Sunset Dreams” and spent another amazing week in this extraordinary home. The atmosphere is a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. No attention to detail has been overlooked when considering the needs, convenience and comfort of guests. The beauty of the home, coveted location and amenities galore, exceeded our expectations. The thoughtful floor plan allowed our extended family to be together but also have our own space. We enthusiastically give our highest recommendation to this property!

Third annual trip to this lovely home. Beautifully decorated with lots of amenities, and designed to allow guests privacy but also family space. Awesome sunsets. Nice location. This is now our ‘go to’ place and we are ready to return again next year.

This house was beautiful! We were on a ski trip with friends, the house accommodated everyone beautifully without ever feeling crowded. We had a few issues with the snow storm that came through and a smoke alarm that wouldn’t quit when we burned some pizza, but Chelsea the property manager was quick to respond and take care of the issues. This was a great winter rental! I imagine it is absolutely beautiful in the summer as well! Every room has a spectacular view of the lake!

This property is absolutely stunning! The view and the house itself are both breathtaking! The screened-in porch was a fav for morning coffee and the daily bald Eagle sightings are just the icing on the cake! We stayed here with extended family and we couldn’t of had a better trip. The extra fridges were wonderful to have with a full house of foodies. The location is ideal for all the “must do’s”. Sleeping bear dunes, empire, traverse city, golf at Arcadia and lake MI are all within reach! 5 shores brewery right down the street was a hidden gem. Tom was wonderful and very responsive. We would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

This is our second year staying at this wonderful home. Tom is very attentive and prompt with responding. It’s an amazing place to stay. Great location. All the comforts of home and more. Can’t say enough great things so here are highlights from grandchildren: Aaden (12) appreciated having so much space for all of us to be together, Ayva (11) loved the nice beach at the house, Brendon (10) was thankful for the bunk beds and Addison (7) really liked playing in the sand. ❤️

Second time renting this home and it never disappoints. Overall we had a great experience. Wouldn’t change a thing. House has everything you need and is clean. Lake is beautiful. Best spot on the lake.

Wow! Simply WOW! If you are looking for a vacation rental that is luxurious yet inviting, then this is the home for you! The views are stunning! I am not exaggerating when I say we saw some of the most beautiful sunsets this past week! The floor plan is superb for a multi-generational group with a first floor owner's suite if someone cannot take many steps, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs, as well as a private 2 bedroom "apartment" over the garage! The cutest room in the house was the "kids" bunk room . . . my teenagers LOVED the charging stations beside each of the beds! Very well designed!! Outside we had a blast playing in the lake with the kayaks, canoe and paddle board! There is a reason this lake is called Crystal Lake . . . it has a beautiful sandy bottom and clear water that takes on the most amazing blue colors! Think "Caribbean Blue" without salt water, sharks, or the heat!! The deck has a huge umbrella when the sun gets too hot, as well as an awesome screened porch if the weather isn't cooperating! Our family also enjoyed sitting around the fire down by the lake, and we really loved seeing the bald eagles fly by regularly!! The location of the home is perfect! We loved walking across the street to the market for fresh fruit and veggies! We also enjoyed walking, running, and biking along the Betsie Trail! We took a few trips into Frankfort, as well as enjoyed a day in Glen Arbor. There is SO much to do in the area! We truly had an amazing week in this amazing house!! This home will NOT disappoint :)

Such a lovely home and property for a fabulous vacation. Sandy beach, beautiful clear water of Crystal Lake, lots of sand toys for the little ones and big toys for the “Big Kids”! Sleeping Bear Dunes, quaint towns of Beulah and Frankfort, and the Cherry Hut restaurant made for a wonderful vacation. Tom was great to work with and supplied information on places to visit. Highly recommend this vacation home. We loved it!!!

So easy to stay here. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, cozy sitting areas, very clean, awesome sunsets, lots of water ‘toys’ (canoe, kayaks, sand toys), etc. In some respects, it was even better than being home!!! We hope to return next year with our kids and grandkids. Unable to dock a boat here but boat launch nearby.
