The views was spectacular. My girlfriend and the two kids absolutely loved the house.

Too many steps to dock but nice location. Carpet needs cleaned. Some confusion on launching the boat but we got it worked out. overall enjoyed our stay.

Really nice spot to jump off dock and swim. Was told there was no grill by company who rents it out however, there is a gas grill on top deck. That was a nice surprise. I would rate this 5/5 but I feel it needs a hot tub to enjoy in the evenings. We give it a 4.

The area was absolutely beautiful. We were there to attend a wedding and the scenery was an added bonus. The home was exactly as listed. We had more than enough space for our group of 7. Everything was well stocked and we had everything we needed. It was an excellent stay.

The location relative to other points of interest was great. The sheltered cove that the house/dock were located in were also nice. Would rate a 5 star, if not for issues with the trash left over from prior guests.

We had a group that included adults and then 5 kids under the age of 6 during our stay. When we first arrived the property was not cleaned very well with debris on the floors in all the rooms & bathrooms. A number of cups/dishes were wet/dirty upon arrival. There was also a bunch of runoff of mud/rocks on the concrete steps going down to the dock, which is a slight hazard to all. A couple of items were not noted within the listing. There are a number of staircases inside the property that could have resulted in injuries among the young kids, though thankfully we brought our own gates to barricade the children to the main level. The bathrooms were filled with 3 half used rolls of toilet paper with no replacements and it was not stated in the listing that we would have to bring our own. Very tight turns down to the rental, along with a steep driveway. Neither are recommended if you have a boat/trailer behind your car. Rental listing should be updated to include true features of the property and what it requires to get to the property.

The house was really nice and suited us very well. The biggest difficulty was finding out about parking a boat trailer. I called several times because we needed a parking tag for the trailer for valid parking along the road to the house. The property is not suited to pulling a trailer/boat to as is VERY steep. Were told to get the tag at the Shanghai Marina but they only give parking at the Marina which is not close by way of road. Called several times and could not be told how to get a parking tag. Once we got into the house we found the parking tags in the house for our use. It would have been very helpful to know this ahead of time. Also there was no listing of a grill, so I called to ask and was told there was no grill -bummer for a vacation house. There was a grill at the house. It was not listed that we needed to bring our own toilet paper, hand soap, dish washer soap, and dish soap. There were none or very small amounts of these at the house but we certainly needed more. The salt shaker was next to empty and there were cleaning rags soaking in the sink when we got there. This listing was with Vacasa who obviously did not know their house very well, but they were easy to get a hold of and tried to help.

We were told that there was not a hairdryer or grill and so we prepared differently than we would have for food provisions.
