Perfect home base for exploring Juneau. Downtown is a five minute drive, and airport is only 15 minutes away. Great hiking and running trailheads with 250 yards of the house. Spectacular views from the backyard. We were in Juneau for the marathon and the start and finish are only five minutes away. Very spacious property with three bedrooms, laundry room, well equipped kitchen, office nook, media room, and large living room. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed iur stay in the Summit apartment. It was well stocked with cooking utensils, toiletries, linens and towels. We enjoyed great privacy and comfort in our temporary home. My only suggestion to the host is to landscape the shrubs along the walkway and hot tub, as we got wet walking to and from the apartment from the wet vegetation and had to rinse the flower petals off the hot tub cover after each use. Thanks so much for a lovely getaway!

The basement apartment was wonderful. There was plenty of space for my family to spread out. It had everything we needed and more!

The property was as pictured and better! Our family of five were more than comfortable in this home. Hot tub had perfect views and movie theater was fun for all of us. We had rented a car and was a quick drive to downtown. Enjoyed dinner one night at Douglas Pub, they had great pizza and was nice to have an option away from bustle of cruise ships. An easy hike is just up street from house and leads to Lawson Creek. The owners live in property above and appreciate how very friendly and responsive they were. Would stay here again for sure!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apt. was beautifully furnished. My best time was waking-up in the morning, drinking a cup of coffee, and looking out onto the snow-capped mountains of Alaska. I hope to visit again sometime and do more sightseeing. Thank you Erin and Reuben for being great hosts and sharing your lovely apartment! My stay was very relaxing with a few exciting excursions in between. Saw Mendenhall Glacier and took the ferry to Glacier Bay.

I wanted to take my friends to one of my favorite Alaska cities for the new year, and this VRBO was the perfect place to ring in the new year. We had a little bit of difficulty getting to Juneau, because of all the SW airline flight cancellations, but Erin was so responsive and flexible with our very late arrival. The place was fantastic! The incredible movie room, hot tub and in credibly beautiful views are definitely the highlights of this cozy VRBO. There were 6 of us, and it was plenty of room for sleep, but keep in mind there is only one bathroom so that can get a little tricky at times. The location is perfect! Just up the hill and across the bridge from downtown, and only about 20 minutes from the glacier we hiked to on new year day. It was truly an unforgettable stay and I highly recommend!

Our stay at the Summit Apartment was wonderful! The condo is exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the entrance to the apartment overlooks the city of Juneau which was beautiful at night with twinkling lights and bits of clouds hovering over it at sunrise. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. The Media room was the most wonderful surprise! We enjoyed coming back after a long day of sightseeing to relax and watch movies in its 3 tiered movie theatre with all 5 of us having our own comfortable leather couch to stretch out on. The hot tub is just outside the front door and was great for soothing muscles after hiking. The apartment on Douglas island is just minutes from downtown Juneau and nearby attractions. The washer and dryer came in handy to do some wash. We loved our stay in Jueanu and highly recommend this rental. We hope to come back and stay again someday!
